To be honest I did not expect gas station wings to be this good but they clearly know what they’re doing. I’d rather have these than KFC for sure. They should start serving mashed potatoes and biscuits and I’d go here all the time.

came here after going to umami kushi so was too full to get a lot but wanted to try the wings we heard about but the owner was friendly even though we didn't buy that much. will def be back someday to get a whole lot of wings! they also had a really interesting non-standard variety of candies, alc, chips, and a great selection of my fav fruit dessert bars. def worth a stop if you're in the area

The cashier couldn’t have made my first time experience any greater. He gave me a sample of their famous chicken, and also threw in some goodies for my son. Extremely generous and great customer service.

The owner/ operators are very friendly! Good chicken wings, drumsticks and JoJos. They also have corn dogs. They are also open late, which is good, because the nearby Safeway now closes at 10pm.

An addendum... they now do chicken nuggets, specifically for the lunch time kids from Rainier Beach High School. Dang they are good! Only available around noon, weekdays. I shared some with my neighbor, and he was SO impressed! Get there before they are sold out!! An order of chicken nuggets and french fries, and you are out the door for around $4!! The chicken nuggets are so flavorful, that you don't need any sauce. But they do have sauces available. My neighbor said he was there around lunchtime last week, and the place was totally filled with RB students, with a line of 15 people! Sorry to the fast food joints, but these chicken nuggets are FAR superior to their's. And cheaper too!

The fried chicken here is the best in WA state and I mean that especially being from Memphis it was very difficult to find the most perfect seasoned fried chicken up here and not over seasoned JUST RIGHT😋This little market has been up for years remember it from my own junior high days…. I most definitely recommend grabbing an order when you stop through this place

I'll just echo what all the other reviews have said : exceedingly nice owners, and the fried chicken drumsticks are perfect. Reminds me of how my grandma used to make fried chicken, back when she was good at it 🙄

Another thing, they offered a free sample and I declined since I knew I was gonna get chicken regardless... But the man gave me a whole drumstick as a "sample" anyways!

This is a good convenience store with a small but broad selection. The owner is very friendly, and he does some really good chicken, which is surprising for what the store is. The prices are fair, and the place is kept clean. Well worth a stop.
