Connor and Olivia were both friendly and full of knowledge about the insurance coverage I desired. Connor helped me find the appropriate insurance for my home and auto needs and we bundled the policies and saved me some money in the process. Olivia made the transition from my old policies to State Farm a smooth and easy transition. We cancelled the old policies and return checks are being sent. Olivia was friendly and polite and I felt she did and outstanding job. She made me feel comfortable and listened to what my needs were. Thank You to both of you.

State Farm is on top of their jobs, it’s a smooth transition, and the savings are great. The last company we were with asked why we were leaving them, I said price, they asked why I never contacted them to get it reduced, I told them I had emailed they’re Corp office twice and complained about their pricing and never received an answer! I wasn’t really expecting to change car insurance, but when Kelsey sent me a quote I was flabbergasted by the price difference! I saved hundreds on car insurance and also included our rental insurance which also included a savings for us! Olivia explained everything to me in detail and gave me the names of all the people and positions they hold in the office. For the short time of talking to Kelsey and Olivia, made me feel very comfortable.

Ashley was great help,she explained my policy and my coverage in detail to me also, she help cancel my old insurance policy and was very detail with explaining to customer service from my old policy and make sure that I receive my refund and showed me how to download my drive safe

Friendly, answered all my questions and saved me several hundred dollars with an added policy for personal belongings. I would recommend to talk with Connor and Olivia for you insurance quotes and questions.

My agent Connor Metcalfe was as professional as it gets, he is so good that I changing all of my insurance needs to State Farm, but not just because Connor was very knowledgeable about the insurance benefits that State Farm provides, but the other insurance agencies policies as well, but even that wasn't enough to sell me, State Farm Rates were the best out there for me
