Liquid Glass Windshield

Kevin is wonderful! He even worked late to make sure I had my window replaced so I wouldn’t miss another day of work. Went over and above to work on replacing the rear wiper when there was a problem removing it for the glass install. Awesome job! I would highly recommend!!

Kevin was fantastic. He was prompt, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He did what he said he was going to do and helped me with the windshield claim. Liquid Glass took extra care with replacing my windshield and making sure everything was clean and tidy afterwards. I can honestly say this was the first-time I've done business with a company without meeting them first. As a side note, Kevin found an "interesting" looking spider, as he was replacing my windshield. Thankfully Kevin "re-homed" the spider and her nest. Many thanks to Liquid Glass. I recommend them.

Kevin replaced my windshield twice now and has done a great job both times. Easy to get in contact with and also got me scheduled to a dealership to recalibrate my front windshield cameras. Very good service

I’ve had a few glass issues in my day and of all the service and glass technicians, Eric at Sundance Service Center in Grand Ledge is by far the best. The whole process was easy and done within minutes. I didn’t have to make a call or deal with the insurance company. If he hadn’t told me all he had to do was take a few pictures and get some information from me, I wouldn’t have agreed to fix my windshield. I would have waited until that crack got huge and had to replace the whole thing! Thank you, Eric!

This was by far the best customer service I've received in a while. Hands down Keith was sooooo nice, I reached out to his company at 8pm and he was at my place to repair my windshield by 9:30pm and he was very quick and informative about what he was doing. Called Liquid Glass at roughly 8:30pm on 2/12, had a call back first thing in the morning on 2/13. They came to me while I was at work a few hours later and fixed the chip in my windshield. The whole thing only took about 20 minutes I was shocked. Especially since it was lightly snowing out. Kevin was quick, courteous and great to work with. I would and will recommend them to anyone with a windshield issue!

I want to commend Christian Martinez for being proactive about my windshield repair. I had my car at King's Toyota and he cleaned my windshield. He pointed out 2 small chips and told me he could repair them in a few minutes and it confirmed my insurance would cover it. He even called State Farm and set up the repair-all I had to do was confirm my policy #. Christian kept me safe and gave me excellent service! Thank you!-Diana Pour

Neil @ Liquid Glass is AMAZING!! He's at the Wally Edgar Service location in Lake Orion. Friendly and straight forward when letting me know which repairs can wait or need to be done. Neil is the only windshield tech that I will allow to check my vehicles and repair them. Repairs are fast and always done right the first time. Thank You!

I’ve had both vehicles serviced by this company. Both times Brent Campau serviced them. One was a windshield replaced for a large crack that occurred and the second was a chip repair. Both were done timely and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone! Also, don’t wait to repair your chips!! They’ll easily crack and windshield replacement will cost you your deductible.

Short Answer: If you want quality service from someone who makes it easy for you to understand and feel comfortable about your car, get Neal and get Liquid Glass

As I sat in the waiting for a repair on my vehicle at my Wally Edgar Chevrolet, Neal walked in and informed me that he had found 2 rock chips in my front windshield. I provided him with my insurance and he told me he could get my windshield fixed for free. As we sat down together, he walked me through the whole process and talked to my insurance provider for me. I didnt have anything to stress over while Neal was helping me. After about 10 minutes, Neal came back and informed me that the windshield repair is complete. I’m writing this review while still waiting on my other repairs. I’m not going anywhere else when I have another issue; I know it will get done here.

Not only did he complete repairing it within 10 mins of my arrival, he was visibly courteous and confident and exceeded my expectations in customer service. Well done Keith. Jay in Flint was my serviceman. Got my windshield cleaned and he very quickly / easily fixed a stone chip that he had found. Also explained the process to me and I could tell he was knowledgeable. I was well taken care of. Thanks!

Who would have thought a simple chip repair would save your windshield😍 I am always down to save 💲💲 I'd like to give a shout out to Eric Schutte for being so kind and helping along the way! Fantastic company! Met me while getting my oil changed at the dealership and pointed out a deep chip i had never noticed before he had it all taken care of before the service tech even took the car in the back. Great service!

Definitely happy with the work. Makes sure to look at all the options to make sure it will be a exact match. I would trust him with my auto glass anyday. I recommend, very professional but down to earth at the same time.
