I think a lot of these reviews about "bad service" might be from people who are jerks themselves. I stop in here a lot and everyone who works there has been nothing but nice to me. I expect you'll have the same experience if you show basic politeness yourself. They also have a really good liquor selection and the store is clean and well organized. The little airplane bottles are surprisingly cheap here and they have basically everything in that size, super convenient!

I walked in here one day for the first time about 2 months ago looking for a good bourbon they surprisingly had a good selection. I just wanted to try my luck and check if they had my favs. I ended up spending over $300 on bourbon thanks to help of the younger fella working their I’ll definitely be back!

Nice place. Got my drink of choice in after asking and have had a pleasant time each and every visit.

Great place, Ferris is the best.

They often have a very good selection of harder-to-find whiskeys. However, as others have commented, pricing isn't always at the State minimum. They also aren't always transparent about that. But all in all, I would recommend this place as one to check if you are looking for something unique. Just do your homework in advance to make sure you are paying a decent price.

Almost wanted to leave 2 stars. Store is your typical party store but with a surprising good selection of craft beers. Not the best selection I've seen but for a 'quickie' store it is quite good.

Now the bad part. Stayed at a lake house in the area and bought a few 6 packs during the week. My last trip there I brought the empties back and planned on buying another 6 pack. The guy gave me a hard time about bringing returnables back. Said he 'normally didn't take returnables back'. I said 'really, not only is it state law I bought these bottles from you'. In my 20+ years of returning bottles in Mi I have had stores tell me they don't take back what they don't sell. I respect that, but for a store owner to tell me he normally doesn't take ANY bottles back.....just bad business. If I lived in the area I wouldn't go back, just on the grounds on how he treated me. Keep in mind, I didn't come in with a trash bag full of cans from the street. I came in with 6 packs neatly in their original sleeves bought from that very store. Why I gave another star was the lady at the counter saw what happened and was very nice and polite. I wish her attitude could rub off on the guy.

A fine store, but it's never open on time. If you're not going to open at 9, then you should change your hours so people like me don't leave the house after checking to see if you're open, only to find out that you're still not here.

Extremely rude and unfriendly...easy to understand why there are no cars in the parking lot. I will NEVER go back!!!

Cashier was rude, she hates having to work. Was told , “ we don’t really accept returnables “. WTH??Also, prices are the highest I’ve seen!. Lost me as a customer!

Overpriced, a******* don't bother, you're gonna pay double at this joint. Hopefully they'll go out of business and get rid of them

Honestly would give zero stars if possible. I have been in the store many times. Liquor is not at a state minimum. I have asked many times for the store to put in a order from one of their reps with putting a deposit down. Every time I get told no, or that the owner would not allow for it to happen. This convenience store is far from convenient. If you like over priced snacks and drinks come here. If you don't like over priced things go to the next light and you'll see Meijers or Walmart.

We miss John!! He worked hard keeping the store clean. Loved his customers and they loved him. An overall super great guy! I was a regular there...but no more. The new workers are going to lose business. I guarantee that.

Didn’t even want to give a star! Visited from Orlando and stopped by to get beer to take to go visit family who reside in area. Questioned my Florida license, as if it was fake..... really, I’m 41 and you are gonna tell me you won’t take an out of state ID. Then demand I leave your store when I “try” to explain that it is a legal form of ID. I’d like to demand you leave my country! After going elsewhere to make my purchase where they could clearly see I was 21 or over I explained my experience at this hellhole and was informed their customers are normally there to purchase illicit drugs, so now I know why there open sign is on, obviously not for legal sale purchases!

Not a single car in the parking lot, I pull in after work with my truck and small trailer and the guy runs out bitching about taking three parking spots all the way to one side of his lot. Obviously he likes no customers

We stopped it to use the atm but it never gave us our money and when we asked the cashier what was wrong with the atm she kicked us out and we still never got our money but it changed our card
