What a great company! They went out of their way to fabricate a special fitting for us that we couldn't find at any hardware or plumbing store! They went above and beyond for us and I cant thank them enough! They sure know their stuff! Nowadays your not going to find this kind of customer service at many places. Matt was amazing. You can tell he likes his job. He went out of his way to help me solve my problem and find my parts. He knows his stuff and is just as personable. After going to several big box stores and other plumbing stores, Matt finally listened and knew exactly what I needed. He even answered questions I had after I got home! You get what you pay for... just like anything/anywhere else, if you want quality you will find it here. Apples to apples, their prices are stand-up competitive. I have been a customer for 32 years. Not one complaint. Honest, helpful and contrary to other reviews I saw... they go out of their way to assist DIY'ers. I JUST got off the phone with them and again...best treatment ever, and they (as always) let me know how I can save money. From sump pumps, to water heaters, to entire house plumbing...these people are the best around. Kudos.

The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They spent time with me figuring out how to fix a faucet I bought online from China (mistake!), because the replacement pipe was not to be found at any of the big box stores (Home Depot sent me to Northwest Pipe), or online. Next time I buy a faucet I will start here. Lesson learned and I met some truly kind people!

Very knowledgeable salesman that can help you get the right part in one trip. Plus, if you're buying bathroom fixtures, they have a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend that you make this a must stop when buying plumbing stuff.

My experience with the Parts department has Always been Excellent- These Guys are Good & know their stuff. You'll be able to find parts- that you can't find at Big-Box stores (Home Depot etc.) Additionally, they are price competitive. Thank you, for being out here.
