Efficient and friendly staff!

Had a closing there 12/21/15. Was given several excuses that they weren't able to cut a check at closing. Something to do with wire transfers and the treasury dept. This made me very nervous. I've been the seller on 4 property transactions and was a realtor years ago. I've never experienced this before. My realtor said it wasn't uncommon in today's market. Cislo said the funds would be available shortly, possibly even within and hour or two. I left - feeling very nervous. Heard nothing that day. The 22nd still nothing in the AM. I called and was told something completely different. The person I spoke to said it had to go through Select Title. - I don't care - I closed at Cislo - and wanted to know where my money was. Still waiting to hear from them. Won't use them, won't recommend using them. If they don't know where the funds are and why they aren't available, what good is it doing a closing there? I'm feeling I should have delayed closing until they had everything correct on their end!!
