I couldn't find anywhere except the burien court, so I made an appointment for my little ones passport. Clear communication and fast. It took only 15 min to submit the application at the window A. No waiting in line either.

If you're going to court... the last thing any one would want is added stress or anxiety... I found from the front door security officers/screeners, to the employees behind the service desks, the courtroom Clerk, even officers that at times are in the hallways. Everyone was friendly, understanding, able to give directions, or answer questions with a smile and compassion. The building is easy to navigate, clean, and has access for people with disabilities.

Show up in the reception is the best. Likely you will be able to get all the answers you need, and all issues resolved. For example, I wanted to reschedule a hearing and the clerk checked around with others in the office and advised me to hand write a letter to request for the rescheduling. She made a copy of my letter and stamped my letter with "filed" and gave it back to me. This gave me peace of mind.

Calling is a matter of luck. The wait is very long but you can get a call back. When you are unlucky, the person who calls you back can give you a lot of "I don't know", "it's on our web site", "it depends on the judge" (while you are only asking administrative questions), etc.

This court allowed JP Morgan chase & Mandarich (fake) Law Group to present their case without me, even though upon review of the case records, it shows ALL THE MAIL WAS RETURNED THAT CHASE AND MANDARICH LAW GROUP SENT ME. This is a well oiled machine that is getting over on WE THE PEOPLE. How can a judge preside over a case and see that all the mail to me was "return to sender" or "wrong address" and still make a judgment against me for 20% of my income and call it MY DISPOSABLE INCOME.How can any judge/court tell ME what part of my income is disposable? I am a singer parent, I dont get government assistance/child support/ food stamps... nothing... then garnish my wages 20% or $589+ per check every 2 weeks? HOW? I went to the court now to talk with the judge that approved this garnishment and each time, ive been met with excuses of why i cant talk to the judge... the wrong date was given to me the first time, second time JP Chase /Mandarich were not notified about the new court date, today, i wasnt on the calendar and they claim my documents were rejected when I KNOW they were accepted and i have proof and the file/email confirmation. For anyone going thru this kind of thing, I feel for you. This can easily put you on the verge of homelessness and bankruptcy! easily. How can someone work hard 40+ hours a week and after being taxed then garnished, live off of $3500 per month when a rent that is $2700 not to include the rest of monthly FIXED EXPENSES... HOW? THIS WHOLE THING IS A DAMN WELL OILED MACHINE WITH HIGH PAID ATTORNEYS AND THIS COURT SYSTEM THAT IS SCREWING US OVER. This is why people do the things they do because their backs are put against the wall.

Old security lady at the front is miserable. She should stay home if she hates people that much!

I got ticketed at Dash Point Park in August because I didn't have a discover pass in my windshield. I was in the process of filling out the form for the day pass and had to get the correct funds to place in the envelope ,then put it in the deposit can. I returned to find a ticket for 99.00 on my car and I tried to find a ranger ( on a Sunday) and explain the situation to them. They wouldn't budge. So I payed the ticket and also the extra $20.00 for 2-day passes. I guess they don't refund any amounts even if the correct amount was paid. I won't be supporting the Washington State Parks or King County any longer. Money grabbers.

I was simply talking to civil clerk and she complained that I was yelling and abusive!! They can find 110 ways to not work properly. Lazy and absolutely useless.

Pay extra money to expedite a passport in 2 weeks has been a nightmare. More than a month already and passport never arrived. I do not recommend this place at all.

Disappointed, I asked if she happened to have info on those courts. She said no and that she didn't know how Pierce County operated. Humm...ok.

These people are disgusting crooks. KANGAROO COURT Stupid judge told me not to interrupt and I would be given a chance to speak, completely railroaded me and concluded the contested hearing admitting the officers written statement as evidence and I wasnt allowed to cross examine the witness, because there was no witness and the judge acting as prosectutor found (somehow) that I in fact committed all the statue violations I was accused of, and concluded the hearing without ever giving me a chance to speak. LoL KANGAROO COURT! FILING VOID JUDGEMENT I COMMITTED NO CRIME! They are trying to steal my money, NO DUE PROCESS! CROOKS! THEY ARE THIEVES! THEY ARE WORSE THAN THOSE THEY TRY IN COURT!
