I love this safeway the management is so nice and dedicated to their customers making sure the store is clean and produce is always fresh products always neat and tidy the store is always clean and the employees are very friendly and nice and always ready to serve you regardless of the size of the problem I would not go to any other safeway in Burien as long as I live here meats always fresh there is not one bad thing I could say about this store keep up the amazing work keeping your customers satisfied with smiles

It mite have been because it was late but the store was clean and we'll stocked they literally had everything I was looking for. The only thing I have to say negative is that the price for Ground Beef was Crazy High, that's not Safeway's fault all in all cool late night grocery store run.

While Safeway is not my favorite grocery store, the Burien Safeway is pretty good. The best part is the beautiful view of Mount Rainier as you’re leaving. They have done a lot to clean it up and make it safe as the nearby bus station can sometimes mean that there are unruly guests. You can basically find anything you need there though and the employees are very kind.

Best time to shop 5:30 am hardly know one there. Right when you get off work.

My review is strictly for Vincent that was running the hot deli. He was super helpful, very respectful and extremely kind on top of being fast and efficient at his job. Thank you so much for all your hard work, Vincent!

It's a Safeway, like many other Safeways. There's a Starbucks inside, they sell groceries, there's carts and baskets to put your items in, and ideally you pay for those items before you leave or it's a crime. Their alcohol is in an odd middle-of-the-store subsection with its own checkout, otherwise it's a standard Safeway experience. Lots of self checkout kiosks at this one (~10?) to speed things up for quick trips with few items.

I do like this Safeway since they most always have mobile carts available cuz I cant walk around store since my legs are to weak. Only wish they made things easier to obtain when on cart. Food is always great n fresh n never had a complaint about the qualify so thank you for the great service.

Great store. Always busy, even late night. Good selection (even with supply issues that are everywhere) except for "ad items" on first day. Unfortunately, the service deli and meat case close VERY early for many that are just getting to shopping after work, etc.

I don't think I've ever given Safeway a bad review had some problems with my just4u fuel points they not only straightened it out they throw in a couple extra. I found loyalty works both ways, Superior Service in the deli and the service counter. Happy people doing their jobs well.

Pharmacy is the best. The employees are really wonderful. I really like them all Maverick, Alma, Tien, Danny, Justine, Sonny (mgr) just left. Sonny will be missed. Great team 🌹.

Not my usual Safeway but I have been there twice I the past couple weeks due to snow and landslides affecting the bus lines. The layout of the store is a little different than the two Safeways I normally shop at. Takes ke a little longer to find what I'm looking for but it can be fun as I keep buying stuff that wasn't on my list. Plenty of great deals and its nice not paying the city of Seattle sugar beverage tax. Ive used self checkout both times and there has been zero lines. If only it was one bus away instead of two I would shop this Safeway more often.

this grocery's always clean, great customer service, with a high quality company brand. but the HUGE plus, is their mobile app! i highly recommend that shoppers download this!! I save approx 30% every time; but I often save 50% off my total bill! Yes, there's always the great card savings, but this goes far beyond that. also, based on your purchase history, there's a custom list of coupons, added to the large assorted savings. there's oftentimes a free item, a $1-5 cash savings from your total, etc I'm a fan! take the time to learn how to use it, you won't be sorry!

Service desk ppl were soo busy gossiping bout local drunk female they helped out, that I had to ask twice, for my $order & total ~ slow on cashing in my coinstar after asking if it was mine, (y would I ask u to cash this in if Not mine)
Had 2 small jewelry purchases I wanted to pay for becuz of smallness in size, didn't want to loose or b mistaken for "pocketing"

I know, I know.. I can't help it, there bakery and deli food stuffs are really fresh and really good, and they are reasonably priced. And then they have there rewards card that can save hundreds per year and gives you some really great deals, And guess what,??, its free!!!!

Sweet place. Excellent views. It's small you can explore it in about an hour. Got to have a boat to get there. Handy camping with a lot of services very close accessible by boat only. Great crabbing in the area during crabbing season.

5 stars for Liz in the floral department, she made a beautiful bouquet for my Mom yesterday! Wish I would have taken a pic of it. I love Safeway floral department for their bouquets and floral arrangements I always find something I love, after picking 2 flower bunches I asked Liz if she could put something together for me she said yes, she asked what color I wanted, and even showed me some fall theme little touches for my arrangement. It came out beautiful, thank you for your awesome customer service and awesome skills my Mother loved it💐, thank you for making it special!

I got my second Covid booster shot at the pharmacy. It went well; I checked beforehand and was told I didn't need an appointment, so I walked in and didn't have a wait. Also got a coupon for 10 percent off any total purchase.

Early morning shopper. Everything I needed was in stock. Really good sale items. No aisles were blocked for restocking!! Much appreciated. Clerk was efficient and friendly. Quick and easy trip.

Safeway is my main grocery store. I'm always treated well, especially at the pharmacy. They are now caring a much larger selection of organic foods which is what I buy when available. Good checkout and carry out help too.
