Dan recently helped us sell our condo. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. It was truly a pleasure to work with Dan.

Dan provided excellent advice during all facets of the process and excellent customer service every step of the way. For example, Dan found, supervised and coordinated with a wonderful company to remove furniture and other items, clean the condo, and stage a few remaining items for showing.

We had many questions and Dan patiently and clearly answered them all. Dan was also highly collaborative. He listened carefully and made sure that all our needs were met.

As showings and bids came in, Dan kept us informed and gave very good guidance on how to respond and proceed. In the end, we listed and closed very quickly and received very close to our asking price.

Dan made us feel like we were his only clients, communicating throughout the week and at all hours of the day. He went the extra mile on numerous occasions, and he exceeded our expectations.

I have never written a review but for Dan Frank, I will. Here is why. I want to share how awesome of a realtor he is.

When we decided to buy our first house, we knew that we wanted to work with Dan because we heard that he was a great realtor. Sure enough, he did not disappoint. Dan was knowledgeable of the market and answered all our questions. We were impressed with the ways Dan translated real estate jargon into more digestible information, especially for first-time homebuyers. He was very responsive, flexible, and patient.

About six years later, we had to sell our house due to divorce. Since we previously had an amazing experience working with Dan, I called him again to help sell the house. This time around, times were hard and sensitive as you can imagine with a divorce and departing from our first house. Dan was very patient, understanding, and reassuring, and made the entire process easy.

Now that I am ready to buy again, you better believe I will work with Dan again. I recommend Dan to all my friends and family and would recommend everyone buying/selling a house to work with Dan not only because he is an expert in his field and will do a fantastic job, but also because he is trustworthy.

Dan Frank has been our amazing agent for purchasing seven rental properties in the Twin Cities. His knowledge of real estate, the rental market, investment metrics, and the purchasing process are top notch, but what really sets him apart from the rest is his customer service. If we had a question Dan couldn't answer, he took the time to research it and get us accurate informations. Dan always makes us feel like we are his only client, never rushing or pressuring any deal.

The purchase of our property was complicated due to unforeseen changes in the city. Dan took it up on himself to check in with the city on a weekly basis to get a status update on our property.
