The UPS Store

This is my go-to neighborhood UPS Store. Recently I made two orders from Madewell on the same day which were delivered in multiple packages. There was an issue with how Madewell’s website passed my shipping information to the UPS store and one of the packages was not labeled with my name. Staff were forced to open that package to see who it was actually for. When I came to pick them up I was given two of the packages but they had difficulty locating the third. I sent an email to the store’s primary customer service email address and received prompt help from Judy to resolve the issue. Staff found the missing package and did not charge me for the days it had been missing. I felt like my issue was taken seriously and I was happy it was resolved quickly.

Had a great experience setting up my shipment there! The cashier who helped me (Drew) was really thorough and helpful, plus he was very kind.

Probably the best UPS I have ever been to. Fast and friendly service. Great job!

I had a lot of packages to ship out, and a lot of questions, and they just walked me through everything and made it super easy to get everything done quickly.

I brought in a bunch of semi-fragile items for them to pack for me, and they took care of the rest. Buying the packing materials from them on site and having them pack it for me was a pretty reasonable price, too! They even discounted a good amount with AAA!

Now, it still remains to be seen if my customers are happy with how they packed everything and the items arrive safely..... but I have confidence in them for sure.

Kind of dramatically better than another location I was recently at. I'll always go out of my way to go to this one from now on.

Friendly front staff. Came in to get our document notarized on a Sunday morning. Wasn’t sure if they would have someone on staff that could help me out on a weekend but I was surprised that they did! Thanks UPS!

Only thing I’m going to miss about living in Uptown. The tall guy (store manager?) has a great sense of humor and makes me laugh every time.

I've always had a good experience with shipping my returns with them. There's sometimes a wait, but that's to be expected with a small location like this. It's best to walk or bike in, since parking is scarce and sometimes impossible due to snow and ice, unless you're willing to park in the neighborhood.

Drew and the gal working with him on the closing shift saved me by being open an hour later than fedex. Had a last minute print job which they kindly and deftly handled and got me on my way. Grateful!

The associates and store manager for this store are incredibly helpful and kind. I had a claim with UPS that corporate was dragging out, and Judy (the store manager), not wanting me to wait any longer, handled it on her own. Along with the help of all the associates. I recommend this UPS location with all my heart and am so grateful for everyone working there; especially throughout the pandemic.

Theyre so good here friendlyy, quick simplistic and professional they give my puppy treats as well and i love it! Also today i was kinda in a rush and they were too cuz they were closing and I had to return something from asos and didnt use the computer for the 1st time since i had the return label in my email already and didnt realize its more to email and print than use the computer and print and so the lady gave me a discount and instead of 4 somethin it was only 2 somethin which was so nicee!! Idk the vibe there is just chill and cool even tho its just a mail/shipping store haha but i definitely appreciate it! Ty! ~

I’ve always had a pleasant experience here. Customer service is friendly and patient. It’s conveniently located for me and I’m grateful it has a parking lot which you can enter via Hennepin Ave just before the 28th st stop light. Service is usually pretty fast too, even when there’s a line. Not sure why other people have given it poor reviews... What more can you really expect from a UPS store that you maybe spend 10 min in at max and have a 3 minute interaction with the workers? I also have a friend who used to work for UPS, not sure if it was this location, but they provided some tuition reimbursement which I was really surprised to hear.

The staff at this UPS store are amazing. Jaime and Julie, thank y'all so much for your help with my move! From staying late on the Sunday when I dragged all my boxes into the store, to helping me track down a few lost packages and safely re-direct them to my new address, they were there 100%. They gave me continuous updates and even followed up on any damages from the shipping, which is a testament to their professionalism. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for sure!

The staff, in particular the owner Judy, are beyond remarkable. They treat people fairly and the kindness and hospitality is second to none. I don’t find myself reviewing where I pick up my deliveries from ever but this place got me to do so.

This is perhaps the best UPS Store in the city. These people are crazy fast and amazingly friendly. I've been to several of these places and I can say without reservation, these people are at the top of their game. I actually will go out of my way to use this particular UPS store. Their awesome service during this pandemic earns them 6 stars!

Went here to mail a bunch of Christmas presents the week before Christmas. I was honestly dreading going to any store to ship or mail stuff as I assumed it would be an awful horrible time and that the employees would be overworked, and therefore unpleasant. Boy, was I wrong! There were quite a few customers in the store, but the three employees working were efficient, pleasant, and quite humorous. The gentleman that helped me, made quick work of my three outgoing packages and purchase of stamps. He was kind, thorough, and quick with the jokes, which made my experience that much better. Love this place, it’s in walking distance of my home with great customer service to boot!

I shipped something internationally, and because of a miss on UPS' part, my package got stuck. It became a major hassle. However, Judy, the owner of this store has been nothing short of amazing. She followed up multiple times with me, reached out to UPS, and talked with me patiently even when I was frustrated. She was not going to stop until the issues were resolved. Most other people would never go this far above and beyond to help a customer. I was impressed with her level of customer service and persistence.
This is going to be my designated store. when things go wrong, you really see who you can rely on. With your shipping needs, you can rely on Judy. :)

Have been using this location for months now, getting in many packages a day. The staff is SO nice, always a friendly greeting when I walk in. They care about getting to know frequent customers! Signing up for a box was made very easy by the owner and getting my packages is always a breeze.

Every staff member I've ever talked to at this location has been so wonderful. Parking is a bit tricky, but I am so glad to have this small business franchise in the neighborhood.

Drew is very nice and helpful with shipping. Give him a raise :)
