Two nice young men helped me this morning. Since I was unfamiliar with the coffee machine and the one man had someone else covering the register. He came over and showed me how to use it and where the cup lids were. I really appreciate such kindness. Then, the young man at the register was equally as pleasant and helpful. Speedway... Good job on hiring these young men.

I either met the SM or SL or AM either way she was black short gray hair lady. And she was amazing helped me find the kid juice's and give me clear instructions as I waited for the bathroom. On how her store is ran and expectations of the customers I told her I was just waiting for the bathroom and I'll hurry and get my things after didn't want to do it before. She understood and help speed up the waiting time. Long story short this lady knows how to help get you on your way (speedway) lol no bad experience just a wonderful example of customer expectations

I want in to buy ice and foil. The clerk was courteous and helpful. I appreciated it.

This is a fantastic little location, nestled right between a number of bars, and is open late so you can still grab a hotdog or jelly donut after a night of drinking.

This location has been witness to a few instances of violence in the past, but I've never been subject to them. The police tend to maintain a presence there at peak hours, especially in the summer time. The clientele is mainly comprised of happy drunks swinging by for after bar snacks.

If you're from the suburbs, you may want to avoid due to the likelihood of seeing a minority eating a sandwich at two in the morning, which of course is very suspicious.

Phyllis went above and beyond to help us. Our friend had an issue with his motorcycle, and Phyllis was incredibly helpful. She went above the call of duty, and maintained a friendly attitude and the utmost professionalism. I own 3 businesses, all in customer service, and anyone would be lucky to have Phyllis working for them. Thank you Phyllis. You made what could have been a stressful, negative experience, into a positive memory. Round of applause!!!! This will be the only gas station I go to from now on.

hear me out about this SA location. first of all, it’s a gas station in the city, so most of us adjust our expectations right off the jump. i come here for gas when i have the patience to battle impatient drivers who came to the wrong spot, and also when i need snacks at 3am in Uptown Minneapolis. i also come here for entertainment and camaraderie—there is always some sort of spectacle, and if you’re into that sort of thing, swing by. police presence is consistent.

I've had experience with speedway so many times and appear to be good and affordable brand.

Best hotdog restaurant for the price in Minneapolis. If you're getting a quick bite anywhere else after closing The Red Dragon or Mortimer's, you're messing up.

I have many friends that work here.
