CVS

The pharmacy seems consistently busy, but they always have my prescriptions ready as needed. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 10 minutes. Everyone I’ve worked with there may seem a bit tuckered out, but I think they’re understaffed. However, they’re ALWAYS polite, nice, and professional. Oftentimes, I can get prescriptions filled here that are sometimes out at other pharmacies.

Although the pharmacy seems severely understaffed and under-stocked for the amount of prescriptions sent here to be filled, the staff is all very kind and even tempered, even when I witnessed TWO men getting grossly upset about the extensive wait. They were working to fill orders NON-stop the entire hour I was there waiting. As a luxury retail manager, I commend them for their commitment to their clients. As for corporate CVS—take better care of your stores and help ensure your business is properly staffed and stocked!

It makes sense to get there by 9:30 pm look at
all those special sales 😍 and free delivery what
more could you ask for without being selfish and
wanting to keep good items from other people who need them. Encourage them and be content
with what they offer.

The product I wanted to buy was in stock neither at this store nor other retailers. I asked Wally in the pharmacy if he knew of an off-brand product with the same ingredients. He searched the computer, ordered the product for me, and called me the next day to let me know it's being held for me. I picked it up today. Awesome service! Thank you Wally!!

So not sure why showing as closed because I went in a couple days ago and they have definitely re-opened.

The employees I dealt with were all extremely attentive and down to earth so I am also confused as to the negative reviews, maybe they hired on new people?
At any right, glad I got this nice small pharmacy down the road from me and it has friendly people plus was not crowded so my Covid anxiety wasn't skyrocketing.

Staying at air bnb on Lyndale, googled closest CVS...this popped up. Great store, pleasant, clean, well stocked. Great employee who was super friendly and courteous. He wished me well and requested that I stay safe (during these covid times). Large parking lot, easy access...plus I love using CVS Carepass discount system.

The staff at this store is fantastic. I especially want to call out Dan in the pharmacy department. He remembers my name and is super friendly and makes me feel as if I'm a special guest. And, I know he is sincere! I'm an HR Manager and I think Dan is a true asset to this location. I'm leave Minneapolis the end of the month and moving to Las Vegas. I'm going to miss this team! I talked to Shane on the phone, he was very friendly and helped me figure out my printing question. He also helped me with a question that was for another department.

Pharmacist Ali is fantastic. So knowledgeable and helpful even when the place is crazy busy.
