Since coming on board with Cross, I cannot say enough about the customer service skills of Stephanie Coolen. She has helped me navigate through several issues with Travelers in a timely manner. Her quick response, attention to detail, and work ethic deserve recognition. Great Job!

Cross Insurance has professional staff who have saved us money, customized our coverage, and answered all our questions. But insurance only really matters when you have to file a claim. Cross has been fantastic with our few claims, coaching us through the process and providing excellent follow-through.

Tatjana has been simply fantastic, managing our account since we switched to Cross Insurance. She was especially helpful recently, in addressing the impact of recent property transactions on our coverage needs. This included a super effort to secure us the best possible terms at the lowest cost with highly rated companies. As we were extremely preoccupied with real estate complexities and moving logistics, we were most gratified that we didn't have to also worry about our insurance protection. My Wife and I had been clients of an agency for a couple decades that Cross Insurance acquired and we where very doubtful that we would continue to receive the same level of personal service that we had become used to. What a lovely experience I had working with Cross Insurance and my knowledgeable and attentive agent Krystle. I immediately felt trust and safety while working with my agent in switching my insurance over to Cross from my previous insurance, plus saved A ton of money with my new plan.
