Sip House - Seattle Vietnamese Coffee Shop

Today, I visited Sip House with my good friends, and we enjoyed incredibly flavorful coffee. We ordered the Red Velvet, Salted Egg Yolk, and Happy Pistachio lattes—all of them not only looked fantastic but also tasted amazing. Hoping more people discover this beautifully decorated and delicious coffee spot!😆

This is a very beautiful coffee shop. The decoration is filled with nice plant, looks clean and relax. Friendly and fast service. We loved their Salted Egg Latte, which is very unique and flavorful.

The coffee is great every time. If you're like me and you prefer complex flavors with a lot of sweetness, then this is the place for you. All their drinks are great, they have nice specialty creations, and the seating is great for art, coding, writing, etc. Its a real nice spot that I think is my favorite coffee shop I've ever been to.

This is my favourite coffee shop, the current pumpkin biscoff latte is addicting. Service is also quick and the staff are always super kind. Seating is a hard to find during peak hours, but any other time it’s a great place to study.

They have both traditional coffee and boba at Sip House. The sweet drinks are very sweet, but delicious! Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The aesthetic is concrete and plants. Seats aren't super comfy but good enough!

Very fast with serving drinks, even on busy Saturday morning. It's really close to U-district farmers market and was quite busy with constant flow of customers+ all seats filled.
Ordered iced Ube Coffee Latte - really enjoyed the flavor! My friend liked the cold brew.
Place is super cute with a lot of space to sit.
Definitely would go back to try other specialty drinks.

soooo delicious! a great study spot, and a super wide variety of drinks (warm and iced). i loved the strawberry lemon with aloe, it had strawberry and aloe chunks in it. the staff was super nice and it’s super easy to see their selections of things. i went there in the evening, so there wasn’t really any pastries left, but i had a nice time just sipping. the ambience and location is great too.

I'll be coming back!!! 🥰 The cheese foam and unique menu choices makes my barista heart sing with joy. Breakfast/savory food items are yummy too.

Got a lightly iced pistachio cream latte and it was very nice and refreshing. Note that as the coffee gets consumed, the cream settles down and has a strong almond extract taste, which you don't get in the initial sips.
Also, shout-out to the barista for giving our child some very cute stickers.

Great teas and coffees. The place has free Wi-Fi and seating now. Their cherry blossom seasonal drink was excellent. I’m also a fan of their weird compostable straws. Very environmental friendly for boba drinks.

Came in after a morning jog for an iced Vietnamese coffee. Staff was friendly and quick with making my drink to go. Thank you, Sip House!

Once again, it's places like these that I don't give 5 stars to everyone. How else can you make sure the best places stand out!?! Their atmosphere is as cool as can be these days, the staff was helpful and friendly. And the coffee... Wow! It's fantastic! We really like Vietnamese coffee very much but have never seen any variations before. Not only are the flavor combos incredible but they never stay from the Vietnamese base. We will be back. Hopefully often but we don't live that close. But it's worth the drive. Oh my, it's so good!

Great coffees! We ordered Ube Latte and Pistachio Latte, they are very delicious.
The salted cream on the pistachio latte was smooth and rich.

I honestly think the pistachio cream latte is their true all star, but I'm biased because I order it all the time. The industrial greenhouse vibes with delicious coffee and pastries is a unique gem in the Seattle café scene.

I just had the BEST iced Vietnamese coffee I’ve had since visiting Vietnam. It was super authentic and delicious, and the baristas were so nice. I’ll definitely be back!

Cute place with a spacious interior. Love seeing the plants hanging from above. Got the ube latte and the seasonal pistachio cream latte. Ube latte didn't have the strongest of ube flavors, but it was still good. Pistachio cream latte was a 6/5 drink so I'd recommend that (shame it's seasonal though).

Such a nice place to hang out with friends! The drink options are unique and esthetically cute, the serve the drinks very quick, and the prices aren't bad for the quantity. I would go for a visit if you've never been!
