Most helpful in fraud hackers, very friendly staff. Better than a bank all together.

I’ve been a customer at Golden 1 Credit Union for more than three years and have found the entire staff, including the folks at this location, to be completely professional, above board and wonderfully helpful.

Their new location on 3rd Street close to 16th Street in Mission Bay is a great location. Construction was terrible for while as workers built the new Warriors complex but that has cleared up a lot.

Miami Clark’s review was based on the construction which is over for most part. LW’s review stated they closed at 2 on Saturdays, then she said she hated Google Maps. The map overview of the CU shows they close at 2 on Saturday. Both reviews should come down.

In contrast to a third reviewer, I found the staff extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help me solve a problem with my car payment, I needed to skip a payment and they came up with a workable solution. Great folks, friendly, knowledgable and willing to work with me.

I've been with credit union since 2012 I've been going to the one on Polk Street but they have started a new one on 3rd Street just over the years ago from now. They are very nice people and they will work with you whatever issue you had or you don't have

the customer service is great...they are very patient and Miriam B,worked so hard for me to walk out with a new car! Really appreciate her.Normally it's a process that takes a few day's.she made it happen in about 3 hours.

Parking should have been considered. I'm super glad they're open on Saturday's that's the only reason this branch gets a 4.6 and the staff is attentive to all customers.

The only reason I didn't rate a 4 the share branch system was down and they are the only branch I can do my transactions. The staff was phenomenal especially Mr. Bryant he went above and beyond!

It will be great for UCSF folks to have a Golden 1 branch in Mission Bay.

Currently massive construction on 3rd street. Only parking is in a garage. And the location is also under construction.
