I had help from one of your associates Ashley Risk. I was looking at men’s products that was more on the personal level. She came up to me and asked me if she could help in any way. I told her what I was looking for and she was very kind in listening to me and being very helpful about my request. She directed to me supplement that she felt was best fit for my need and I appreciated how she handled it with care! Your company needs more people like her that take the time to listen and ask the true questions without judging!! Great Job Ashley!!

I went into the store looking for a protein powder that would help with my weight loss. I also wanted to find a product that would help me as a pre-workout because my current one was not working like it used to in the past. I was helped my the store associate Ashley Risk. She was very nice and listened to me as I explained what I was looking for and my needs. She took me over to the Lean Shakes with Slimvance and explained how it works, and why she felt it was the best fit for my needs. She then showed me the best pre-workout that fits the type of workout I do in the morning. She was very knowledgeable of your products, she listened to what I wanted and my needs and did not push products on me that did not fit my need. She was very patient and did not rush me. She made sure that I got everything I needed and asked if I had anymore questions. I made my purchases without any doubt and LOVE the products I am currently using. She is a great asset to your store and I wish there were more individuals out there that took the time to research and listen to their customers!!

Salesperson was very helpful. She helped me find what I needed. She also informed me of the stores love it or return it policy. If I dont like the product for any reason return it for a full refund within 30 days. Thankfully I kept my receipt because it bothered my husbands stomach and he was not able to take it. With my receipt I was given a full refund without any hassle. I will definitely shop there again. Its nice to know you dont have to be stuck with products and wasting money.

Ran out of vitamins and went about a week without, I actually felt a difference. Stay with them they are good and with the Gold membership specials, much more affordable.

Found what I was looking for, and the employee was very helpful! I was asking a lot of questions about protein, digestion, and absorption and the "coach" was patient and informative.

Great knowledge here. I had a lengthy discussion with one of the guys about macros and etc. Left with more knowledge and spent less money for better products.

Okay for getting vitamins and supplements. However, can be a little pricey on a few select items.

I got here at 6:20pm and the store was closed. Went into my car to double check time and says open until 7pm. There is no GNC near me and I have to travel about 30min to get here. Not happy.
