We had a delicious salt and pepper shrimp and chicken cashew basil and if you ask for Thai hot, it really is! Great flavors, perfectly cooked and excellent service. Lots of rice. Small but private outdoor seating area with a dog bowl. Very pleasant surprise.

Such friendly service!! Great for kids, family or just quick lunch. The food is great!! We had the beef pho and the pad Thai.

This place caught my eye every time I came through town for work and I kept having reasons not to stop until today! It was right after 11AM and I saw that they were open and I stopped in for a bite to eat. Atmosphere is clean and cozy. Soccer playing on the TV and light music in the background. Service was prompt and upbeat! Jesse was my server and he’s a chill dude. Super nice and helpful. The Pho and Salad Rolls were on point. The broth of the soup was amazing! In and out in under 30min and Im back on the road. Thanks Jesse & Pho River! Ill be back!

I’m Thai and been craving for home food, this place is the best so far for the taste of South East Asia food. This “Bing Seen” is even better than what i had at home with the stick rice it is perfect. Together with fast and friendly service, totally recommend this place.

Great friendly service even in a frustrating time, by a family run business. Definitely worth a stop in, I always judge pho by the meatballs, and these were fantastic. A good amount of meat, broth, and noodles, I'm excited to stop in next time I'm in Hood River to try the rest of the menu. There is a small amount of outdoor seating available even though the dine in area is closed.

Wonderful customer service. Waiter was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were in the mood for a great plate of food and these guys exceeded our expectations. Vegan Pho was awesome and Pad Thia was fabulous. I will go back again many times.

Jesse was so nice, and the Tom Yum w shrimp is perfect for a winter day. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu, pot stickers were delicious as well!

Favorite place in all of Hood River. The food and service here is unmatched.

Pho River is one of my favorite HR gems- their heavenly beef dish is my top choice, I can’t get enough!!! It’s a truly unique dish that I’ve never been able to find anywhere else in the states. The yellow curry is my boyfriends go to 👌🏽 portions are great and service is always super friendly. I really appreciate the extra precautions the team is taking during covid to make the pick up process easy.

A very friendly and attentive staff. As soon as we walked in we could tell the food would be good. We ordered Pad See Ew. Great flavors!! A reasonably priced menu. For those who enjoy sports- they had NBA on. Will be back for sure.

Been here a few times. Staff is super friendly, and very accommodating. I love the Pad Thai, and the Pho is really delicious. A thai coffee will get you going as well. They have a beer menu, and had the basketball game going when I was there last. Nice. Food comes out in timely manner, and always bomb! Thanks Pho, I'll be back again!

It's sits small on the side of the road. So, if you blink you'll miss it. What ever you do, don't let the small size fool you. The flavors of the food are large! No matter what you choose from the menu, you can't go wrong. The staff are warm and attentive. Pho River is a must stop to eat on your trip through the Columbia Gorge.

Had a great dinner here tonight. Got the beef pho and the Pad Thai. They were very accommodating, brought us everything we needed to share family style. The food was excellent, the service was great - we will definitely be back!

Wow... what a gem of a restaurant ! Strange little building and parking is weird. But all that aside is amazing experience I culinary arts. Super fresh ingredients cooked to please any palette. The lettuce wraps start everything off right. The soups are beyond great! So much to choose from.. all excellent. Service is super and friendly.

Love this place! Not only is the food to die for , the owner and staff have created such a homey feel to the place. I am always greeted with my name which they so kindly took the time to remember. Not that every other place that doesn't is bad but because I am a frequent Patreon here and it shows how dedicated the employees are to their customers.

We were passing through Hood River and we stopped here for dinner. First impression... Super clean. The worker greeted us with his awesome bubbly self and made us feel really welcomed. We ordered the beef pho for our entire family. Very flavorful, visually appealing, and just the right amount of food for the right price. They also had a little train table that our girls played with while we waited and our kiddos loved it. While we waited for our food I kinda people watched... EVERY person that walked through door was greeted differently but with all one thing in common... a welcoming attitude. This restaurant is doing alot of things right! I told my husband that it's only an hour away from our house so anytime he wants PHO we know where we can go.

I ordered the beef Pho' and I am in HEAVEN! I ordered a large, I was planning on sharing, but I ate it all!! I would have posted a picture on how good it looked, how big the portion was, but after the first bite, I forgot about the world around me. So so good!

This place has fantastic food. A favourite dish of mine is the Kao Soy, which isn't commonly served in restaurants. The owner is so kind and personable, makes you feel very welcome. Love this place, the energy, the food. Highly recommend.

Chicken Pho is so good! Also delicious: cashew basil, drunken noodles, pad Thai, and probably everything else. To top it all off service is always super welcoming and quick. Love this place!
