The amazing ladies that work at the Hood River AT&T store are absolutely wonderful. Kind, helpful, knowledgeable and funny. They went above and beyond helping me and making sure I was satisfied!!

Madi did the best job of any employee I've ever dealt with at att in the past 23 years, and I'd recommend her to get a pay raise for her great service and patience

The staff at this location is exceptional. I have been with quite a few phone companies and have even switched from AT&T before. I walked into this store and was greeted and showed many different options. Throughout the process they were kind, caring and helped me find the best fit for what i was looking for. The knowledge the store employees had was great. I would strongly suggest that you do business with AT&T and if your local i would say to go to this specific store as well. This is the company I will do my business with for a long time. Great training and great service!

Jay, Joel, and Erik did an amazing job helping me with my phone. They helped me fix it in a short amount of time and it has not needed to be fixed since. They all had great customer service skills and worked hard to attend to my needs. Overall, I recommend this store, while some may disagree the workers do their best to help their customers. :))

AT&T made it easy to switch my phone number and account over from a different carrier. The store rep was patient and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend the carrier but specifically this AT&T store.

This sure was a great experience! The staff was so accommodating and showed me such patience. I am older and don't always understand "tech" things, the staff worked with me and repeated instructions in some cases 3 times till I understood. Great group! Thank you all!

The customer service at this store is TOP NOTCH!!! I will not go anywhere else. They are so kind and helpful and never rushed. Took their time to explain the features and how they could help.

The young man who helped me select, purchase and set up my new phone was friendly, professional and very patient. He definitely knew what he was doing. As he was the only employee in the store at that time, he efficiently juggled the three customers needing help.

I wanted the iPhone SE 2nd Gen 128G phone, and this store had 3 in stock (everywhere else I checked required a back order). The customer rep Octavio did an excellent job helping me migrate my data from my old phone to my new SE, and he shared tips to take advantage of features that are new to me. He got me a great deal on both the phone and a charging pad- both are working great. Octavio is professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. This was not the closest store for me, but worth the hours’ drive. Highly recommend this store for the great service, especially if you are on an AT&T plan.

Big thanks to the crew at ATT! I made the mistake of trying to order my phone from Samsung directly at the same time I was moving from another carrier. Needless to say, the phone needed some extra assistance getting up and going. I tried to handle it via phone but found I needed to go into a store. They were so helpful and kind with all my questions and concerns.
