We've used A&E for years and have always been happy with their service. We recently had a tree fall on our garage attached to our house, where our furnace is. The house has sat without power for nearly 2 months. We finally restored power and needed the furnace, AC and ducts inspected. Carson arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He serviced the units and had to crawl under the house to inspect ducts and take photos for insurance. He was extremely sympathetic and helpful. Thanks for the reliably great service!

Finding a company who has your best interest can be hard. The entire team I met provided an exceptional experience. Rick assessed our home more thoroughly than I could have imagined. He measured every nook and cranny to make sure we had a system that was the right make and size. Mike and Greg completed and masterful install. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure we understand how everything worked, how to properly maintenance it, and educated us on everything else we needed to know. The team was so great I’ll trust them to maintenance our furnace and heat pump for years to come.

We've been delighted with the service from A&E! They were so quick to respond when our furnace failed, and has us set up with a new furnace within a few days. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was professional, knowledgable, and friendly - the tech, the sales person, the installers, the duct cleaners, and the schedulers were all fantastic. We always felt we were in good hands with the A&E crew.

Rick was super helpful in guiding us through complicated options. He even had estimates sent to us within hours after he came to see our current system. Also, it was clear that Rick really loves his job and the people he works for and with. That makes me, as a customer, feel like we're in good hands.

Great service, as always. Zach was my service tech for my furnace maintenance this time around and he was polite, knowledgeable, and more than willing to listen to my concerns and questions. He was able to give me all the options and suggested some solutions that wouldn't break the bank.

There was an odd smell coming from a few of my vents when the heat came on, so Zach recommended duct cleaning (not sure if the ducts were every cleaned in this house). He came back the next day with Carson to do the cleaning. Not only were they efficient, thorough, and made sure everything was back in place, they were both incredibly friendly. And the smell went away and I'm relieved.

Carson and Scott came out to service our heating unit and repair a leaky flu pipe. They were very professional and did a great job! They explained everything and answered all our questions. We very much appreciate you both! Thank you for doing such a great job! Keep up the good work. We look forward to having A&E back in the spring to service our AC unit. Highly recommend this company.

My salesman was Rick. Much of what we did was over phone, options, features, etc. met at property to verify all was correct. Easiest buy and decision I’ve made for major appliances/equipment in a very long time. I believe I found my new go to contractor. Thanks, Rick.

A&E were able to send a technician within 24 hours. Tim did a fantastic job inspecting my furnace thoroughly, explaining my repair options, and having a positive and understanding attitude throughout the whole process. I would recommend them for any heating issues.

The best of all worlds. Fast service, responsive communication and many options. Had gas furnace replaced after 19 years. Installers Carson and Zach were soooo efficient and fast. From my initial call with Angel to meeting with Karin to having my installation done the next day by Jake & Dakota, my experience was so professional and personable! and my new Trane system is so quiet and solid; I feel such peace of mind. All of your employees…Angel, Karin, Jake & Dakota…are amazing! They all made this major purchase much less painful and comforting. And I know I’m with a reputable company who will be there when I need them!

My experience with A&E Plumbing, Heating and Air was very positive. When my wife and I bought our furnace with A&E last year they were professional and did a good job. This winter season the drain from the furnace froze which may of been over looked when the unit was installed last year. The technicians Carson and Jordan (I may have Jordan's name incorrect) were upmost professional and showed integrity in their workmanship. They were able to diagnose the issue in a matter of minutes. After the work was completed, both Carson and colleague reviewed with me the work that was performed. I now have the peace of mind knowing that A&E came through and sent a couple of their best technicians to solve my heating issue. My family and I will use A&E services again.

The guys were great. I felt bad for them. First furnace they had was damaged and had to get a replacement delivered from an hour away. Then they needed a different part or something. Once again another long delivery time. Once they had everything, things went smoothly. They were very patient and kind. I appreciate their dedication and working through what must have been frustrating for them. Thank you!

Barry Goshorn was a pleasure to work with. On time, ready to get to work and knew his way around my heating system. He worked diligently to diagnose the issues and offered multiple options.
Also, the reception that I received when calling A&E from Hanna was so positive and responsive that I was immediately put at ease. Jamie also helped me with scheduling and made me feel as though I was a priority. I look forward to working with A & E for all my heating system needs.

Matt was professional and knowledgeable about my gas furnace and made some helpful recommendations for upgrading the system after I asked. Decided to have a surge protector and an advanced air scrubber installed to help safeguard the electrical components and help with allergens/congestion. Looking forward to seeing how the family is feeling in the new year!
A&E installed our new furnace 2yrs ago when our ancient gas furnace was done…they’ve been great all around! Highly recommend :)

As always A&E was excellent to work with, they were able to come out first thing in the morning to look at our heat pump that had threw a code and went into lockout mode. Their technician, Matt was quick to diagnose and fix the problem and get our heat up and running again. Really appreciate the quick response and great customer service!

Phillip and Kyle arrived on time, and were professional and efficient. They removed my old water heater and installed a new one. All new fittings and shutoff valves too. They went the extra mile and flushed the interior faucets to make sure everything was working well. I have complete

We bought a house with an old furnace. I called A&E and spoke with Angel Gneiting to have someone come out and look at the furnace. I got a call back and an appointment set the next day. Rick Coleman was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional in discussing different options for us. We bought a new furnace and heat pump which was delivered and installed 2 weeks later. My new furnace and air conditioner are a significant upgrade over my previous systems, and do a much better job of evenly heating and cooling the house. Scott, Zack and Owen did an excellent job with the installation.
