I'm so grateful for the ER physical therapy team (and Jessie, my therapist!). Communicating with Elizabeth to get me set up on my physical therapy journey was easy, quick, and helpful. The facility is inviting and clean. My therapist Jessie is knowledgeable, kind, and listens to my feedback and what I am needed for pain management, health of my joints, etc. I have learned a lot AND have seen/felt improvement with my frozen shoulder diagnosis. I'd highly recommend for PT!

I’m a 31 year old male who had both hips replaced last year due to a rare medical condition. I saw Jessie Keaton at the Mt Baker location for 3 months (starting ~6 weeks post op per my surgeon) and I could not have been happier with the care and service I received. Jessie was thoughtful and thorough, listened to and answered all of my questions, and reassured me when I was feeling anxious (frequently) about my progress. The studio is very clean with functional equipment. I would highly recommend this practice to friends and family.

Jessie Keaton is phenomenal. I've been wrestling with chronic back and neck pain for years and she helped rehab me over 6 months. Highly recommend this clinic and the pilates approach!

I sought out Elizabeth B. at Elizabeth Roger's studio after dealing with ongoing back pain that I couldn't get answers for with other PT's. In 6 weeks, she located the source of the issue and provided me with a plan to both help mitigate the pain and restore confidence in my body. The studio is warm and inviting and I loved the incorporation of pilates and alternative techniques into my sessions. I highly recommend Elizabeth Roger's team!

Elizabeth Banner is fabulous! So clear, attentive and fun to have sessions with. I'm feeling much better and have a clear plan if any problems pop up in the future.

Elizabeth Rogers and her team have been instrumental in helping me cope with chronic back pain. She helped me get moving again through a steady and progressive Pilates based PT program. She is an expert in understanding the delicate balance between working to increase strength and stamina, while not causing additional pain. She helped me set goals and break those goals down into achievable milestones, so it didn’t feel overwhelming.

She also provided emotional support in gentle productive ways that were as helpful as the PT. She offered valuable coping tools to deal with pain and setbacks that I could incorporate into my daily life at home. She is one of the most caring and supportive PT’s I’ve had, and I am grateful to have found her.

I've been a client of Elizabeth's for nearly ten years. I started as a PT client and transitioned to a weekly pilates client. I've had countless surgeries and injuries and I've never had a pilates instructor who can fix almost anything I've injured. So I don't start with a doctor...I start with Elizabeth during a pilates session. She asks a few questions, adds some PT work into my pilates workout and I'm back in the game! Recently I fell at skiing and both shoulders were still sore after four weeks. All it took was incorporating some PT shoulder exercises for the first 30 minutes of my session and 24 hours later the pain was gone and my range of motion was back. I'm 62 and I feel so fortunate to be able to have a weekly pilates session...which is terrific...and a personal physical therapists to help me out when I need it.

I am so thankful for Elizabeth Rogers Pilates & Physical Therapy! I saw Elizabeth B for help in rebuilding pelvic floor strength following the birth of our baby and am so impressed with how quickly things have improved in just over two months. Elizabeth listened to my concerns and worked with me to create a manageable at-home plan. Would definitely recommend this clinic for women seeking pelvic floor therapy!

Incredible PT clinic. Knowledgeable team and has made a huge impact on my health and wellness. Pilates classes are also led by very qualified instructors. I’ve dealt with back problems for years and the relief I’ve found from this team is incredible. I also recently tore my ACL skiing and Elizabeth and her team have been critical to my recovery. They referred me to an incredible surgeon and the PT they have provided has been instrumental in my rehab. Can’t say enough about this clinic and team!

Elizabeth Rogers and her team of therapist are outstanding practitioners. As an active "OK Boomer", i have had my share of injuries and aches over the years. Elizabeth Rogers Pilates & PT is simply the best PT facility i have ever been too.

The staff is truly interested in getting you back to your baseline, and they will design an exercise regimen that will help you maintain your baseline. Along the way they will make sure you understand what is what is the problem, what is the treatment and what is the goal. Once you finish, they will actually follow up with you to see how you are managing, if you need to tweak one of the exercises or need some "coaching" to make sure you are performing the exercises correctly.

In short ERPPT's team makes you feel as if they are your personal physical therapist, not simply a billing code.

Elizabeth is a great PT. She has helped me get back on the tennis court in record time and educated me about my injuries. I've been using the dynamic warm-up she showed me religiously and it's made a big difference in my not getting hurt on the court.

I love her weekly Pilates mat class too, it's a great complement to my reformer classes at Vitality. She's makes the smallest corrections to my form and they really make a difference.

Over the past 8 years Elizabeth Rogers has greatly improved my quality of life with her amazing expertise for how the body works and how to fix something that is wrong. She is extremely smart and I am sure is one of the best Physical therapists around. Elizabeth truly cares about her patients well being and getting them better is her top priority. I am so grateful to be under her care. Whether it has been neck problems, back problems or helping me increase my bone density for bone health, she always knows what to do and measures my progress on a regular basis.

After Rotator Cuff Surgery 7/2018, I found this PT clinic within walking distance from my home on N Beacon Hill. My Physical Therapist, Lauren Esmailka, helped me with my recovery in 6 months!! She was professional, attentive, engaging and pushed me to the limit, which helped my recovery speed ahead in record time. Dr. Edward Khalfayan, said it was remarkable. The recovery period can be up to 1 year. I highly recommend this clinic and all it has to offer. There were some insurance issues and Elizabeth Rogers took the time to help me navigate through this maze in order to make sure I received the care I needed, without interrupting my PT regimen. Located in the Mt. Baker neighborhood, I encourage contacting them and starting your road back to good health!

I went to Elizabeth Rogers Pilates & Physical Therapy after dealing with rotator cuff problems for three months. I had several friends recommend this place and I'm happy they did. After three sessions with Lauren and an easy exercise plan I'm back playing tennis.

If you’re wondering where to go to get past any type of pain or injury, look no further. The team at Elizabeth Rogers is second to none, and provide an incredible patient experience along with equally incredible results. So very happy to have worked with them where you don’t just feel like a number along side multiple other patients being seen at the same time… especially during Covid!

Elizabeth Rogers is a highly skilled and empathetic physical therapist who not only provided me with outstanding therapy for a complex set of issues related to a total knee replacement (both pre-hab and re-hab), but who always had a smart solution to the myriad tangential issues that came up during a long and hard recovery. I have worked with a lot of physical therapists over the years and Elizabeth ranks at the top—she is a pro.

I had a great experience with Kelsea as my PT here!

She was really clear with me about our goals for each session, next steps, and insurance. She was always professional, friendly, patient and thorough with my questions, and cognizant of what I wanted out of PT. I always felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. Thanks, Kelsea!

Elizabeth Bannister is a 5 star physical therapist- she helped me rehab from a microdiscectomy and get back to the activities I love. She’s also super nice and hilarious which definitely aids the healing process.
