Always feel very comfortable with Dr Nobbee. You can tell he cares about his patients and his patients get the best care possible. I had to have an X-ray after this visit and the receptionist at the X-ray center noticed my primary care doctor was Dr Nobbee and said I was lucky to have him. I wholeheartedly agree!

As far as I am concerned he is the best Physician in Roanoke. He takes such an interest in his patients and is always so thorough and never rushed you through. I asked him once why he was in Roanoke, he could be anywhere he wanted. He told me he started out like that, but he never saw his patients, it was always the residents, and that is not why he became a Dr. He became a Dr to have a personal relationship with each patient and help them to the best thing of his ability. He is top-notch. He is doing what he loves. Wish they all were like that.

Dr. Nobbee did the most thorough annual exam that I have ever had. He took the time to explain everything and even had the lab tech come to the exam room to obtain my labs so I could get to work. He mailed me a copy of my lab results with notes about them. He is the best.

Very knowledgeable staff! Dr Nobbee has been my Physician for about 20 yrs. Always on point. Highly recommend him for care on top of that he is a great person!

Dr. Nobbee‘s bedside manner is amazing he’s very personable and he knows his patients . He’s a great doctor and I wish Lewis Gale had doctors like Dr. Nobbee. He follows up when you send a question or concern through the portal within 24 hours of the question of the concern being submit it. Dr. Nobbee takes the time to respond to his his patients , and he takes the time to listen to his patients and understand and learn them and know them, so he can better inform them on what options or what decisions to make so the patient can make a more informed decision on their healthcare. He’s an amazing doctor and again I wish that Lewis Gale had more doctors that was like Dr. Nobbee.

We are so blessed to have Dr Nobbee as our physician. He is an incredible doctor. My family cannot begin to thank him enough for the care we receive from him.

He takes all the time necessary to attend to each one. His mannerisms are far above those in his field. Have been with Dr Nobbee since he arrived at Lewis Gale and couldn’t ask for better medical care. His thoroughfulness is remarkable, his staff exceptional, the office is spotlessly clean, the lab is on sight and most of all follow up is quick by e-mail and snail mail. I am adding this addendum after seeing Dr Nobbee at the new office on 6/13/23 at 707 South Jefferson St. and found it very easy to access, ample parking, very efficient staff and fortunately like the other office the lab is on premises.

Nurse Practitioner Audra Doyle has been handling my check ups with MEDICARE. I believe that she has done a very professional and caring job for me.She is very easy to speak with. There is knowledge, honesty and care in this Nurse. The staff has also been helpful in many ways including referring me to the podiatrist that I like.This makes my MEDICARE work well. During a recent emergency hospitalization, he took the time to visit me and help direct my care before starting his normal work day. You can't ask for any better.

Dr Nobbee and his staff will go the extra mile to meet the needs of their patients. Dr Nobbee listens, explains and acts to provide the necessary information and/or treatment necessary. You know he cares and always has a smile and hand shake when the visit is complete. I feel very comfortable talking to him because I know he will listen. I think I am blessed.

Without exaggeration Dr. Nobbee and his staff are excellent both professionally and personally. Now in my 60s I've lived in several states and had many doctors both family and specialists. None compare with Dr. Nobbee and his unparalleled combination of knowledge, professionalism, availability and caring. He is always ready and willing to fully listen to my questions and provide understandable feedback. I have never felt rushed and unbelievably......have never had to wait more than a minute or two past my appointment time. I'm often ushered back a few minutes early and attended to promptly.
Dr. Nobbee's staff aligns with these characteristics also. The staff is timely, considerate and professional.
Bottom line, he is an outstanding physician and the rare professional who treats me and his customers as if our time is as valuable as his!

Dr. Nobbee is beyond phenomenal! As an RN myself, no doubt he would have been one of the residents which I would have never forgotten (all for the best reasons possible). As my personal physician, I am blessed that he has chosen the Roanoke Valley to practice. Truly, he would be a star at any of the top tier hospitals in the U.S.
