We recently visited the GAP store in U Village for the first time. We had a wonderful experience! Andrew has amazing positivity, was extremely patient and helpful! He also made some really good recommendations to us. Have to say one of the best customer experience in a long long time. Thank you!

Ella did a stock check for me over the phone, she was super polite and friendly! I've been to this store in-person and the service was good then, too.

People working there are always nice, like the cashier today 10-4-2023 around 10:30-11:00 am, was wearing glasses, forgot the name :( The mood is always better after visiting the place

Had an amazing experience at the store today. Great place to buy clothes at. I was looking to buy my parents some clothes and was not sure what I should be looking for. The staff is amazing and helped us out with this. I especially want to thank Katie who assisted us very kindly and went above and beyond to help us out. Really appreciate the help.

This is my favorite Gap store because it is spacious and because the staff members are super helpful.

In our last visit I had just gotten a haircut and the weather had turned cold and nasty. One clerk helped me to find a perfect stocking cap on sale for just $6.00!

My wife found some mens long sleeve tee shirts which are more like sweaters. Marked down from $49 to $20, we finally were able to decide on one. I wore it last weekend. It's more like a light sweater and so soft! Next weekend we may go and get one in another color and pattern.

I believe that we all know Gap quality. Their garments last for decades and never go out of style. I never really shopped at the Gap before I got married. My wife has a knack of coming out of there with mark-downs, like Gap jeans for under $10.00. Unbelievable to me! But she does it year-after-year. It's fun because she buys a lot of kids clothes for the children of her nephews and nieces: world-class tees for $5.00 or less!

We love this store.
Price are very good and the associates were very nice.
Today we encountered with Ms. Calassica (?). She was very helpful with a big smile.

Went here to get "the perfect" jeans and Andrew was so amazingly helpful! So knowledgeable about the different fits/styles and was so patient with me. The best customer service I had, I wish I had Andrew with me in every store!

My online order didn’t fit but I came here and had a flawless experience getting the right size. The store went above and beyond and added a personal touch so I will come here again versus other stores.

As there is no longer a Gap downtown Seattle I will be coming to University Village more and more... Store is nicely laid out, staff is pleasant... And Andrew is one of the most courteous Gap Service agents I've ever met!

The only Gap near Northgate. Hard to find parking. But nice big store. Though if you have a tall tween or teenage boy they never have his size. But he is that in between sizes. Good service
