Park Place has been using Appliance Outlet for years. They are super helpful with finding appliances of all types and getting them delivered & installed in a timely fashion. We appreciate our long term business relationship with them. Would highly recommend.

Totally enjoyed working with the staff who are super helpful and am also totally enjoying my new refrigerator. The salespeople are a lot more knowledgeable and helpful than you will find in the big box stores. They all really know about the products they are selling and are willing to share that knowledge with their customers. Delivery was timely and they worked extra hard to install the refrigerator which is not as easy as just unloading it. I will be back!

Purchased freezer here sometime ago, since, have purchased refrigerator and washing machine for my Mom. They have been great on all three, washer and refrigerator delivered and set up by their delivery staff. Great service! Great communication!

We have bought many many fridges here and everything has always went smoothly and much nicer to shop at than the big box stores. It is nice to have a local option like them around. If they don't have it; they will order it and have it pretty quick.

Now have 3 used major appliances from here. They deliver, install, and haul away your old one. Appliances look like new!!! Clean, spotless.

Friendly and competent staff at the store. The delivery team carried the washing machine and dryer upstairs and were very careful not to bump anything in the house. They hooked up everything just right and did a quick operations test. Glad to support a local business that's providing great service

Great selection decent prices knowledgeable staff. Better than the box store places like L**"s that I've been to . Small simple basic. It is what it is. Makes it simple . Plus they are flexible and do their best to make it as easy as possible on ya.

I have made several of my appliance purchases here over the years and have always been happy. I recently purchased a new refrigerator for overflow storage and when I plugged it in a week after delivery, it didn’t work. I had a party the next day and needed the refrigerator to store food. They brought me a new refrigerator that evening and because it didn’t match what we had, they exchanged the doors from the original purchase. He did this on his way home for the evening! Definitely recommend this company - the pricing is almost always better than other vendors, but it’s the additional customer service that makes the purchase a better choice. I cannot imagine how or even if that situation would have been resolved from one of the big box stores.

The stove at my rental house died on me, so I gave Steve a call at Appliance Outlet to see what used ovens they had. Got a great deal on a slightly used stainless oven and my tenants were very happy. It was delivered promptly and set up for them. She was actually having a baby that morning and Appliance Outlet worked it in around their schedule. Great customer service!

Between my residence and business I have purchased 3 sets of appliances over the past year. Appliance Outlet's staff AND installers were more knowledgeable and interested in serving the customer than the big box stores. Next time I will start with Appliance Outlet.

Best prices for a Speed Queen dryer. Free delivery and take away which was better than a dealer 6 miles away. Great people to work with. Speedy delivery and set-up. Highly recommend.

Very nice upright freezer for an excellent price. The lady that I dealt with there was excellent also. She sold me the freezer and delivered and set it up within two hours of purchase. Highly recommend them!!! They don't have a huge selection per se, but a little bit of all price ranges.

They were super helpful he even showed us a cheaper option they had in the back and when we actually pay for it they quickly help me get in the back of my vehicle super nice service. would come back .

Went to Appliance Outlet looking for an upright freezer. Found exactly what we were looking for ... a GE 21.3 cu ft unit. It's really nice dealing with someone who has a long history of appliance knowledge and is so friendly to work with. Great place to purchase your appliances ... I like GE because they have a mobile local service team.

My refrigerator went out while I was on a business trip. The staff here was extremely helpful and understanding in helping my wife pick out a new refrigerator and deliver it quickly. The staff (and apparently even the owner) went out of their way to help us out of a very awkward situation. They will definitely get my business again. Thank you!
