The nicest young man was there when I went in! His name was Devin! He was so helpful he went above and beyond to make sure I got the best upgrade for budget! He is very knowledgeable and fixed every problem I had! Great job Devin! Teen mobile should be very happy to have this young man as part of there team!

I went to the Bonsack location a little over a week ago. Devin was my associate and was awesome. He stayed 4 hours past his time to leave to help with my large and time consuming order. He was very helpful and professional and still continues to assist me with any questions or help that I may need. I am very pleased with this location and the service that is offers.

This is by far the best phone company and store in the Roanoke Valley. Devin, the store manager, if not he should be was very helpful. He had gone above and beyond to take care of all my T Mobile concerns. If you are looking to change services, I highly suggest T Mobile, and going to this location to feel right at home. Switched from US Cellular, and wondering why I didn't 10 years ago. Thanks again Devin.

Nothing but good things to say about Devin, an associate at this store, that has helped me numerous times with purchases, and transactional issues on my accounts with T-Mobile and Sprint. He has spent hours making my account changes, and helping me with new purchases. I would absolutely recommend him, if you need assistance, to purchase new devices, or help switching your accounts!

Kyndall (sp?) Was my associate, she did a great job helping me upgrade from the Galaxy S7 to the S20+ !!! Both girls that were working were super nice & helpful answering my questions and it was overall a very quick and easy process. Very very good customer service 5/5 would recommend!!!

Devin was excellent in navigating our transition from another carrier. He handled all of our needs professionally and was proactive in making sure all of our promotions, etc were implemented.

Devin fixed a serious problem from another T-Mobile location (Vinton). Vinton T-Mobile made a very bad mess of a dear friend of mines account. Devin at the Valley Gateway Roanoke location made sure that my friend was a very satisfied customer. Devin was able to correct all the WRONG that the Vinton T-Mobile location had done with her new account. If you want bad service, go to Vinton! We’ve gone to the Sprint store in Bonsack, by the Kroger, numerous times for help with our phones and each and every time they have been helpful, quick and super friendly. Honestly, I typically hate going to do anything with our cell phones because it’s always been a hassle at other places but once we started going to the location at Bonsack that all changed. They’re the best!

Jeremy the manager is a very good customer service person who goes out of his way to help you in any way and is very patient. Tyler is amazing. I had a problem, Tyler listened to everything I said and solved the problem. I would recommend them to everyone
