Stop here every chance I get. The 3 meats with rice is my favorite. I always ask for bbq pork, roast pork, and cold chicken. The service is very attentive but not intrusive. Hmm, I'm getting hungry again!!

I love ordering from May May's. Especially same day for party trays. They are always so accommodating. If you are wanting to order half tray or full tray of roasted pork belly you'll want to call ahead early in the day. Otherwise, towards the evening they may be out already. Around 5 lbs makes half a foil pan if anyone is wondering. We love their beef chow fun, beef & broc, steamed ginger chicken, roasted pork and pork belly and house special chow mein. Price is reasonable, especially for local FW price. Don't even need to drive to Seattle/Chinatown. #supportyourlocalbusinesses

May May Hong Kong BBQ serves some of the best Chinese BBQs. It’s across the street from the Commons of Federal Way. The bbq pork has the perfect amount of sweetness, and the side pork has the right amount of salt. It used to be a bit salty.

You can dine inside the restaurant or order takeout. Call the restaurant or stop by early since they run out of bbq from time to time.

Being a New Year’s Day, I’m glad the restaurant opened, and I'm able to get 3 lbs of bbq pork, and all that’s left for side pork, which is like half a lbs. Price for the bbq pork is $12.95/ lbs., and the side pork is 13.95/ lbs. I paid $64.00, including tax and tips for To-Go. I want to give you a ballpark on the spending.

I recommend this bbq place to anyone visiting the Federal away area. There's plenty of parking, and it's next to Domino’s Pizza.

Might be the best Chinese in Federal Way! The chow mein was fire and the orange chicken was delightful! The Singapore noodle was not overpowered with curry, which I don’t often find. Really good!

One of the only places in the south sound with real Chinese BBQ - get your BBQ pork, roast pork and roast duck here. Filipinos call the roast pork " lechon"... and they do it well here. You can get the classic meat on rice... my favorite is bbq and roast pork on rice. They also do veggie and noodle dishes.
Like most HK BBQ places, it's super casual here. The emphasis is on the food. They're very consistent - we've been getting take out here at least once a month for a couple years and it never disappoints!!

Never dine in yet, but always order for take out, waitresses are super friendly, our usual: sweet n sour bones, gon chaw ngao ho(dry beef chow fun), Singapore vermicelli, house fried rice, cha siu(bbq pork) and siu ngap (bbq duck) sometimes. Never fails.

I finally found a legit HK style restaurant south of Seattle! When you see Chinese Bbq hanging behind a glass pane, you know you're in the right place for good grubbing 🤪

Good for small groups, ample free parking - it's in a retail location.

Very good Cantonese food out in Federal Way with an extensive menu. Their online ordering made it really easy to pop in, pay, and leave. Their BBQ pork and rice was nicely flavored. Their beef chow fun was really good as well with a good wok-hei flavoring. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good Cantonese food in the area and would return.

Great service. We need a whole roast pig for a party this Saturday. We were supposed to place the order a week advance but they could take our order 3 days ahead. We paid full and it was just $440.40 with tax. The pig was big and the skin was crispy. Everyone love it and ask what restaurant it’s from. We got it from May May Hong Kong BBQ in Federal away.

My spot to get my favorite dish, beef chow fun, roast pork and BBQ pork but didn't get the BBQ pork today. The employee was nice. Tried the teas before. Clean place, lots of seating.

Friendly and fast service for takeout. Big portions. Beef noodle stir fry was amazing and not too salty. BBQ meats on rice was good too but the duck wasn't the flavor I am used to.

Eaten all over Asia...this place is truly how the cha-su & crispy fried pork taste if you went to their country. Must have! Cheers!

BBQ DONE RIGHT. This place was recommended for their Hong Kong style BBQ, roast pork and roast duck.

The place looks very authentic with roast pork. Duck and bbq char siew hanging in the display case. They have the classic meat on rice dishes where you can choose 1, 2 or 3 kinds of meat.

The portion is huge with lots of rice. The meats are tender and aren't oily. Roast pork...Thin layer of crispy crunchy skin and tender layers of well seasoned meat. BBQ pork...I believe it's either neck or rump meat with lots of marbling but not fatty, just sweet enough and some charred ends. Roast duck... crispy skin and still succulent.

They make small batches so the meats are always fresh and hot.

Other dishes (Pea vine with garlic and wonton soup) tried so far are also amazing.

They also have cheese mango smoothie. Not too bad but I prefer their other boba drinks.

This place has some really amazing Chinese style BBQ. Have not seen anything else around town that has the whole duck like they do. It's really flavorful and melts like butter. Also tried the Mongolian beef and it's one of the best in the area. This place needs more love in my opinion. The only negative I'll say is the sit down dining atmosphere is relatively generic, but the food is fantastic. I think if they redid their interior to match the food quality, they be packed all the time!

BBQ pork is very good, it's almost as good as Kau Kau in Chinatown. The BBQ pork frierice is also good. Definitely the best Chinese food in Federal Way easily.

Owner is super nice! Food is so good here! I don't have to go to Bellevue to get my chowfun and wonton noodle soup anymore!

The best Chinese restaurant I have been to in a long while. Well worth the drive to Federal Way.

My wife and I stopped by for a late lunch/early dinner. The food was amazing! I personally think it's the best in Federal Way.

The S&S Chicken battering had this crisp that I've never experienced before. Such a delight. The Beef Chow Fun was also incredible (best I've had) and the Mongolian Beef was great but would like to see it spicier. Portions were a good size. Had a lot to take home.

We will be back!

Clean restaurant and nice people who run it. I've been here multiple lines for lunch only and it's always very quick and easy to order ahead or in the restaurant. I haven't tried much on their menu, but my favorites are the BBQ pork and roast pork with rice and also their fried tofu appetizers. Good price for the quantity and will keep coming back!
