It is a wholesale/retail outlet for their brand of shoes. Usually I don't get Sketchers brand because they never had a wide width for the shoes I liked...but when I shopped there today, I found a good fitting shoe in my size in wide width, and the price was right for me...yay

I inquired about a slip-on shoe in black but I couldn't find any in my size (plenty available in another color). The sales associate looked to double-check that the shoe was not in the wrong area. She checked all over the store since their inventory said they had one in the store in my size, color and, width. She called other stores in Washington State and couldn't locate that particular shoe. She offered to order the shoe and have it shipped to me at my house. I asked what the shipping costs would be, she told me that if I were to register as a preferred customer, then shipping would be free, plus they were offering 10% off when I signed up...of course I signed up.

My shoe was ordered in my size, color and, width...I got 10% off and shipping was free.

I was very pleased with the customer service and all the work that my sales associate did on my behalf...AND I will continue to shop there!!

I went to Skechers because I needed some sandals and I had rewards to use. I found out I had 100$ in rewards. I've tried 3 times prior at 3 different stores and was unsuccessful. I went to checkout and my rewards weren't working, so Abby the manager at the time tried calling her manager and was unable to get ahold of her. While she was trying that I called customer service handed the phone to Abbey and she got it fixed. Abbey did a great job solving my problem and so did the person in customer service. I wish I could remember her name. So thank you both you made me a happy man.

I was in the area to get breakfast and discovered Sketches
Left with 3 shoes and a tote backpack. Love 💘 Sketches comfortable and easy on the feet. Best of all the guy who waited on me was pleasant and courteous..I'm all for CS

Got slippers here and so far no slips so it's great store is very clean and quiet, wish would be great if more employees but was nice. Comming back for more

From what I was told, this store was recently opened and didn't have all their stock yet. Lacking stock or not, the choices were huge. Great people.

This is the only place we can find a wide section for men . They also have great customer service and a great selection.
