I brought in multiple dress shirts, a couple of suits and a sport coat. One of my custom tailored shirts was burned on the wrist cuff, my sport coat was still dirty, and one of my suit jackets was still dirty. When I brought them in, the woman who took my clothes asked what I wanted done. When I asked if I should point out the spots on my jackets she said "no this is what we do" and took my clothes. She had an attitude. I will never go back here. They did a terrible job and the experience was horrible. There are plenty of locations around this area, do your research.

I went to pick up my sport jacket and the lady in the back of the store said please wait. I saw my jacket right next to me so I got it and the lady in the back came running at me screaming!! She said “put it back” which I did because she was in a rage and continued to scream at me. I ask her to please calm down several times, yet she continued her verbal assault. She calmed the jacket didn’t belong to me until I paid the bill. I said okay here’s my credit card and she won’t take it because she wasn’t done scolding me at the top of her voice. I asked her how much the charge was and she said “$7.00”. I tried to give her my credit card and she won’t take it still claiming the jacket wasn’t mine yet my name was on the ticket. I reached in my pocket and gave her a $10.00 dollar bill. Again she wasn’t done with her abusive attack, I told her to keep the change because I wanted to get out of her way. Finally, after about a minute she gave me my jacket however continued screaming at me as I walked out the door.
I will never again go to that cleaner.

they damage clothing on a regular basis! owner tries to get out of paying for the damage!

Worst Dry Cleaners in area. Customer service SUCKS!
