Panera Bread

We’ve been coming here ever since we moved 2 years ago and everything has been great. Today my daughter ordered a take out just to receive a pile of ingredients on the bottom of the bag. When I called in Justin has not only refunded me for that part of the order but offered future coupons.
It’s super rare to have a company own up to their mistakes but to always do it right and even offer incentives. Big respect to Justin.

I usually avoid customizing my order at a restaurant, but I took a chance today and it paid off. I asked for extra chicken on my 1/2 Green Goddess Salad. The salad was great and exactly what I wanted. As always, the bread on the side was delicious too. The lady behind the counter even compared the cost a full sized salad to the 1/2 salad with extra chicken and let me know that the 1/2 salad was still less money than the full salad. A full salad would have been more than I could eat anyway. I was very pleased with my visit and might not be so hesitant to customize my order here on my next visit.

This Panera location is clean and consistent. What make it more special is one great employee, I believe her name is Julie or Julia. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our order is correct and even makes good recommendations.

Im giving this a 5 star just because of the manager Justin. Over the past month I had a few issues with some orders but I am a faithful customer to this Panera bread and he made sure to take care of my order personally when I’d come in. I appreciate going above and beyond keep up the great work

My goodness! We just relocated from NC and by far this is the best Panera I’ve visited. Fast service, fresh food that isn’t overcooked… Now this is what I want to continue to see!

Good food, friendly service, and a nice atmosphere. I had my usual pick 2, with broccoli cheddar soup and the chipotle chicken melt, and both were delicious.

First time at this location. Great customer service, and as always the food was great. Restaurant was very clean, in fact there was one employee in the dining area cleaning and picking up the entire time that we were here. If your looking for a quick but delicious eat, then visit Panera. You can't go wrong here!

I always have a great time at Panera Bread. The food and service are superb. This location is great. The cost of a meal is also very good.

First time at this restaurant and I love it everyone aas very friendly and the food was amazing. I had a sourdough sausage egg and cheese.

Their food is pretty expensive but they have a lot of good different options. I really like their tuna salad sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup. They also have a variety of bakery options; I really like their chocolate croissant. When it comes to drinks I really like their lemonade.
This Panera has lots of seating area to study. It can be loud in there but I like studying there. They have free Wi-Fi and lots of outlets

Service was great, food was fresh tasty and it was fast. Coffee was also fresh, so it was everything you expect from a Panera. It was kinda weird saying yes or no to tips on the screen in front of everyone which is something fairly new. But overall it was good.

The food and selection was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

First off, I really love how this location has the ordering kiosks because I customize the heck out of my food! Second, food is ALWAYS FRESH and sooo good! They let u custom build ur salads and sandwiches which is a must for me. And food is quick and fast, rarely ever wait.. Also after was done eating it started pouring rain really hard and one of the sweet employees walked me out to my car with his umbrella.

Panera is incomparable to any other type of restaurant. Great healthy delicious food selections and outstanding customer service.

There is a lot of seating. I had the teriyaki chicken, broccoli, and rice dish. It was delicious.

This Panera is one of my favorites. The egg souffles are made to perfection. Walk in rather than drive through. I love their hazelnut coffee. Although they need a coffee/cream/cleaner, I can wait for half n half if it doesn't take forever. One day I ended up eating the souffle before the cream finally was filled up for my coffee. Panera, hire help!!!!!

We always have a great time here. Food is always on point and staff actually seems like they are trying. Manager walks around to check in on everyone and coffee is always swapped out on time.

Believe it or not this was my first visit to a Panera. All I needed to do is pick up a loaf of French bread for a friend but the woman behind the counter was so friendly and helpful and she even gave me a cookie to celebrate my first visit at Panera. It's the little things that matters.
