The Whitley, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Atlanta Buckhead

We were in town for my son's birthday celebration. I booked the hotel around 11:00 pm. We stayed here at the last minute because the other hotels were sold out. I was traveling with three kids (one of them was a four-month-old). When we arrived at the hotel, we self-parked. Once we parked, the manager, Abraham, saw us walking up towards the door, and he approached me and asked if we self-park. I told him yes, and he said he would take care of the self-parking. And he instructed my husband to get the car and allowed him to valet park for free. It was such a kind gesture, and he empathized with us. His act of kindness was one of the highlights of our trip. Traveling with kids can be tiring and overwhelming at times. The hotel was immaculate, safe, and great location. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered wings using the room service, and they were also good. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing and one of the reasons we selected this hotel over others. Whenever I’m in the area, I would book this hotel again.

This is my 3rd time visiting The Whitley and it’s always a delightful experience.

It is considerably on the higher price side but in my opinion it is worth every single cent, the beauty of this hotel and the kindness of the staff keeps me coming back every time that I have to come to Atlanta.
The lady that helped me with the check in was particularly gentle this time and made me feel really welcome.

Plus at least for me, this has such a nostalgic vibe that I love, probably just me but I felt like I had to say it.

This is our hidden gem in Atlanta.
Beautiful hotel with great service. Attention to detail is very high. The personnel is amazing. The valet, reception, everyone inside are awesome. Super-clean rooms. This was out third time. We will certainly come back.

Amazing! I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Whitley Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance of the hotel is simply exquisite, with tasteful decor and luxurious amenities at every turn.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect place after a day of exploring the city as everything we needed was super close in proximity

I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the hotel receptionist, setting the tone for a memorable stay.

The amenities at The Whitley Hotel are top-notch. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the stay was evident. The comfort and cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, making my stay extremely pleasurable.

One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met promptly and with a smile. It's rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and it truly made my experience unforgettable.

I would highly recommend The Whitley Hotel to anyone visiting Buckhead, Atlanta. Whether it's for business or leisure, this hotel provides an unparalleled level of comfort, service, and luxury.

The entire staff was amazing! I'd like to shine a special light on Mr. Cody Vaughn at guest services, his customer service was stellar! We mentioned it was our son's 7th birthday and he bought out a wagon of toys for him to choose from and sent him a slice of cake to the room.
This literally made our son's weekend! I'd also like to shine a light on Mr. Ryan Kendall in The Root lounge. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great from drink recommendations to just making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Overall my experience at The Whitley was a 10/10 and I plan to make this the only hotel I book with in the Atlanta area

Wonderful experience all around. So glad we had our weekend staycation here. Staff is awesome from front desk to bartenders ( a must that you meet Tsegate at the bar). Our room had a great view. We didn't eat at the restaurant because so many choices within walking distance. Premier shopping right next door in Lenox mall and Phipps plaza. We are already making plans to return

Stayed here for a conference and was a really nice experience. Room was ready at 8am and the check in was seamless.
Room was clean and had a nice view.

Conference rooms were easy to find. Bathroom and shower were great.

Parking is valet or there’s parking to the side of the building, I believe it was $30 for the day.

Our stay at the Whitley was short lived but amazing. I absolutely loved the location and aesthetic of the hotel. I would like to highlight a few employees that make our stay one to remember. Our luggage was brought up by Hassan, his positive energy and smile was admirable. He asked us our names and addressed us by those as he wished us a lovely stay. Winston, Barakitan and Fehmi are outstanding valet staff. They gave us excellent service. Barakitan and Fehmi were very engaging and just a pleasure to talk to. Winston gave us great advice and was overall so sweet and helpful. Always welcomed us with a smile. Special thanks goes to Immaculate from In Room Dining, such a sweet lady. She was a pleasure to speak to from the moment she answered the phone, extremely helpful and attentive. She made our stay memorable and was just the cherry on top that we needed to make our stay exceptional. An actual gem to the hotel staff.

4.5 of 5 - staff and rooms are excellent. Rom service was solid. Nice accommodations. The restaurant is good. Consistent. Gets very busy on the weekends but overall solid place at a good rate

First timers here. We stayed just the one night. Very nice place. Complimentary shuttle never arrived so we used Uber to and from dinner. South City Kitchen never disappoints. In our opinion some guests were underdressed in public areas. Not the hotels fault or responsibility. We'll be back and will recommend it to others

I had a great stay at The Whitley for a birthday staycation celebration! Rooms were clean, amenities were nice and it was great location next to everything.
I believe it was Gurda who was possibly the manager at the front desk. She was so helpful and so nice! I will definitely be back and will highly recommend.

Exceptional Service from the staff and especially Morris head of concierge services. He was not only personal but incredibly helpful with my special request to surprise my daughter on her birthday. Total VIP service and care. Blown over by the presentation. Hands down 5 stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful, quiet hotel with incredible service. My company held our kickoff here and the staff was so on top of it. The facilities are awesome. Highly recommend!

Wow! Tavia was so helpful at the front desk and check us in quickly. We had 3 people check in with us to make sure our visit was pleasant in the first 30 minutes. The room was impeccable. Highly recommended

The warmth and accommodating ways of the staff are impressive. From the moment we pulled up to the loading of our vehicle and sendoff - and everyone in between, the staff was exemplary. The room was spacious, elevators prompt, room service terrific, valet and bell service were amazing. We ate breakfast buffet and found more than everything we wanted. The shower was great, towels and pillows great. We enjoyed a weekend and will never stay at any other hotel in Atlanta. Fabulous service and memorable hotel.

Great service great room and we had an amazing stay!! The bed was so comfortable I will definitely be booking this hotel next time we are in Georgia!! I hate we only stayed one Night next time will definitely be longer!!!!

Very sharp appointments reminiscent of the Ritz Carlton in Clayton, Missouri, many years ago when I stayed there repeatedly in the 90s. Here in Atlanta, the cheerfulness and courtesy of the staff are simply exceptional. Yagodinka. Olga, Yahalla, and Violina each treated us like their most welcome guests each time we showed up for a meal or a drink. The food preparation and presentation are superb. On our regular trips to Atlanta, this will be our first choice from now on.
