The store is nicely displayed and inviting. It is a smaller J Jill store than I am used to shopping in but still nice. Sales ladies seemed to be polite at first, then appeared to get frustrated because they couldn't get my return on the computer. They said finally well. You're lucky we could find it today. After about 5 mins of her having to work on it. Apologized that I had her have to work. She advised me that everything was on sale. I was looking around, and both the associates followed me around the store, like I was going to put something in my oversized Georgia pullover that I was wearing. (I also had joggers on) Newsflash, it is cold out, and I was running errands, and I might not look like your other clients or like your normal J Jill client yesterday. However, I am not a shoplifter, so you don't have to follow me around the store like one. After all, she had put my return on my J Jill card. Go figure, don't know what goes thru people's minds at times.
