Macy's

This is one of my favorite Macy’s. It has kids’ stuff and backstage on the first floor and a Starbucks coffee shop on the main floor. You can always find good stuff at a reduced price in the backstage area such as shoes or kid education toys. I usually stop at the Starbucks after my shopping for a Capuccino or milkshakes. They also serve kid-friendly drinks and cookies.

I always like and support Macy's. This is a shop for the people by the people. They have the best variety of goods with fair prices and nice discounts. The staff is super friendly and professional. The Atlanta store might not be at the level of NYC or Chicago, but it is still up there, among the best shopping experiences you will ever have. Love Macy's!

Excellent place to shop. The perfume department has the friendliest, most professional customer service. I love shopping there. The pink pig rides during the holidays are the best. Just to see the smiles on children's faces is worth it. The bath and body work staff are most helpful. Thank you!

Carol Dennis who works at the men suits is fantastic. She helped me a lot, had a lot of patience and is very knowledgeable of everything. I wouldn’t be able to buy everything I needed without her help. Thanks Macy’s for having people as Carol Dennis to help customers. Hope my review gets

Gina in the women's department was super helpful. She made great recommendations for an outfit and when this location didn't have the right size she suggested I order it from another one. She could have easily rang up my items and said happy holidays but she was friendly and personable.

We've always had great luck finding dresses for my partner at Macy's, and Dorothy went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. Will definitely be back

Many associates greeted me as I walked through the store. They made me feel good coming to this location. Iris at the Estée Lauder counter was AWESOME! Friendly, helpful and professional. Overall pleasant experience!

The second huge in America ( the biggest in New York city). We can buy and see almost brand names or regular Over here. A lot of: clothes, shoes, domestic, jewelry, perfumes, home decor for seasons too. They are so perfect with customers service

Doug greeted me as I walked in and knew exactly what size I was and recommended me some styles and helped me find everything I needed , he rolled out the red carpet , I was highly impressed , best service I have ever had at a department store. Macys at Lenox is the macys to go to. And doug is the man with the expertise and customer service. Thanks so much.

The Macy's at Lenox Mall is superb compared with the other locations.
You have great options and great brands available at Lenox Mall location.
Lot of feet work though,😀 but lot to explore and choose.

Passing through Macy's, it seems everything is well kept up and the racks and shelves are adequately stocked. Sales associates are personable.

Shoe service was great. Lol 😂 last minute shoe shopping and we were having a time the sales lady surprised us by assisting and knowing my daughter's name. She said I heard your mom. This trick helps to make the experience personal and caring.

Great selection of gifts for kids, thank you. Mac cosmetics was a mess, helpless clerk. Toy clerk impeccable.

This particular location is amazing. It is in Lenox Square Mall. Has great spread of everything. Staff are courteous. You have sartbuck right outside. So start your shopping spree with coffee in hand. Additionally this location has most of shops that probably you will require.

I am not a Macy's fan because I always get confused about what to buy each time I go to their store but they really have good stuff here unlike other Macys I have been to. Everything in each section is well arranged.

Macy is the place where you purchase authentic stuff at the most reasonable prices. If they don't have it they will get it and ship it to you. The customer service here is second to none. Great store.

I found exactly what I was looking for. The shoe section smells like mildew. The guy at Pandora was awesome very personable.
