AT&T Store

Aaron he is perfect! He helped me solve a problem that had been bothering me for a long time. I can't log into the APP on my phone. I received a reminder bill from AT&T within a few days, but I can't pay because I can't log into the APP. I also received an Internatinal air but I didn’t know how to install it, so I had to return it and a new one was sent to me. This time I finally installed it correctly. Every time you call your customer service number, different customer service agents tell you different things. I had no choice but to come to this Store again. Aaron helped me perfectly solve everything in a short time today, including payment issues, resetting APP account and password login issues, and setting up automatic payments. Give him this five-star. When I first came here, the manager also helped me deal with it very seriously and responsibly, calling customer service to communicate. But don't know his name. The staff member I met the second time barely wanted to talk to me. Overall, I would still come to this store if I have any questions.

Crystal, Keith, and Maxwell were very helpful with upgrading my aging phone. I received top dollar for my trade and they helped us get more discounts on our plan too. Great job 👍!

Great customer service! Zero wait time and Crystal helped me purchase a new Galaxy watch and sync it to my exisitng account. She answered all my questions and was super friendly. Other staff members also helpful and they all worked together in a professional manner. Will definitely go back to this store when I need something else. Thanks to all!

Crystal was such a gem. I have tried multiple times at different locations to transfer a number from another service provider and not only did Crystal make the process easy, she never felt like she was selling me on something I didn’t need or want. I wasn’t sure the plan that I wanted walking in so I know I took up a bit of her time, but not once did I feel like a nuisance or like I was asking a ‘dumb question’. While I was there Crystal also took questions from other employees to help solve questions for other customers like a pro. I felt relaxed and at ease while sitting with her and I walked away feeling like I was given the best deal and advice I could ask for when setting up a phone plan for a business account.

**Side Note: Crystal is a store manager and from my experience today I could confidently say that any rep at this store would be lovely to work with because they have her in a leadership role.

I can’t begin to tell you how impressed I was by AT&T’s Maurison Thomas. When I stupidly forgot my password he patiently guided me through a number of sessions until we were able to recover it. You are fortunate to have a man of his caliber working for you. Thank you, Diana Anhalt

Visited the store yesterday to inquire about upgrading my phone. Was immediately welcomed and waited only a couple of minutes while The store reps finished up with other customers.
Dominique was my representative and she was really terrific! She provided all the information I was looking for, and was very patient explaining the upgrade process to me. She then proceeded to ensure that I was able to receive my employers discount on my monthly service and then waited with me until everything was up and working. Such a fantastic customer experience. I left with EXACTLY what I needed and enjoyed my visit due to the professionalism and high level of customer service I received from Dominique. Kudos to AT&T for hiring her and a big, big THANK YOU to Dominique. What you do matters!!!!

We came into the Lenox office to switch over from Verizon with a total of 8 lines and your Representative Dominique Wade was very patient in listening to our needs. She's also very professional, and skilled in assuring that all of our services that we needed were fully met. We would highly recommend her ( AT&T) to family and friends.She's a great asset to this company.

There couldn't have been a better service than the one I've received from this stores employees and manager Crystal Perez. Service was swift , knowledgeable and very friendly to the point where it almost felt like I was top priority. It's made a gloomy day to a sunshine after leaving this store knowing that I'm an AT&T customer.

Mia was amazing !!!!!! She helped me set my business line up, transferred my services, upgrade my phone, and transfer phone lines without a problem. The process was smooth and she made it seamless. This experience was amazing !

Shawn was very helpful at this particular AT&T location. We came in for a quick screen protector replacement and he assisted us quickly and thoroughly. We had additional questions related to our warranties on other products and he assisted us with these items as well. It was a great experience from start to end.

The manager @ The At&t store @ Lenox Mall Nick has absolutely saved the day for me. I went to 3 At&t stores and had problems with upgraded my line. Every store I went to either needed a manager or didn’t have the devive i needed. I came to Nick store and didn’t have any problems,he helped me with everything I needed.He had great customer service and the process was quick. Definitely 5 or more stars

Terrence was our store rep and he was GREAT. He said he's only been working there a month but I thought it had been years, he's such a pro!

Dominique was extremely helpful and was very thorough with the new plans that were available and which ones suited us best. We had a very old IPhone version that took a while to transfer to new phone but Dominque never gave up!
