Burien Ace Hardware

Went there to get several things for my new apartment, welcome Matt's, contact paper for the computer desk. Spare key keys 🔑

Much larger ACE, definitely a regional store more than a local one. Their aisles are much bigger and there is a ton of products, especially in the cleaning area - brands I’ve never heard of! Great customer service as I was asked if I needed help multiple times while I was shopping.

The older gentleman that was working at 5:30ish this evening, was a very patient and wonderful life saver! My husband sent me on a plumbing adventure. And I was having difficulty in finding the right parts. This particular employee, diligently looked for and made sure I had the right part. Thank You Very Very Much! I'm sorry I didn't get his name. But management should know by the shift. He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable.

I only needed a couple items so ask an associate where to find the items and he responded nicely and directed me where I needed to go. I also needed some screws and a customer was helpful in choosing the right ones. The cashier was very thoughtful and friendly.

With no big box stores in Burien we frequent Ace. Always have a good experience, friendly service. Prices are a bit higher than other places but not too out of line.

I love the Ace format: tons 'o stuff in a small(ish) space. It can be a little overwhelming at first, but it's easy to get help because the staff aren't spread out over 10+ acres like at a big box store.

Friendly helpful store but outside bus metro station is dangerous, druggies,bus drivers aggressive uncontrollable blacks speeding, honking, unsupervised routes ways around,bad streets

Best hardware store in town. Not only do they have a great selection of products, but the customer service is top notch. The manager Brandon went above and beyond to help me order the right barbecue and even helped deliver it to my front door. Highly recommend.

Always my one stop shop for quick at home DIY needs!

Great selection of fasteners. Found 10-24 x 1/2" Chrome Star Button Head for 2016 Harley-Davidson Sportster Fourty-Eight XL1200X Handlebar Switch Covers.

Shop this store at least 4 times a week. Ace has a lot of fasteners and hardware period. Many items are difficult to find elsewhere. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable generally at most Ace stores, but at this store - especially so. Especially like their selection of 8" and 12" drill bits that I frequently use which previously I had to purchase at a tool specialty store at a higher price. Ace Hardware - appropriately named for sure.

Immaculate service every time. Staff are super friendly and nice everytime I go to Ace I am greeted at the door. They have a superb management. And Paul is a fantastic employee he is very knowledgeable and can help you find anything!
