Best time to visit, obvs, is weekday mornings when they are least busy. However, they will also not have a lot of staff to run cash registers so bring a book to read, ha ha, or text friends while you're in line even as you enjoy the quiet and unhurried shopping experience.
Lots of great end of season sales to enjoy, perfect place to stock up on neutrals and essentials like tees, activewear, jackets. Bring the clothes home and embellish if desired.
Lots of unfussy styles without tons of scratchy zippers or annoying trim. Really wonderful, comfy fabrics and fashions for those of us with sensitive skin or autistic folks who cannot tolerate a lot of itchy tags. Set aside time enough to browse! Lots to see and a nice 30 day exchange/store credit policy when you follow their instructions.

Absolutely love this chain! All of their locations are very consistent with quality of clothes, quality of customer service and check-out is so high tech now with the self-check-out devices where you put your clothes in it and it calculates for you how much everything is. The store always has great staples and everything is high quality! I especially love their sale items since a lot of times it's still in season. Like a few months ago, I bought heat tech high waisted stretchy pants for $20 while it was still really cold out. And recently, I bought a pair of cute yellow pants that is perfect for spring!

Used to buy their stuffs online but went there on last Sunday. Had a satisfying shopping experience.

The time I visited was August 6th at around 12pm and I staff I had the opportunity to interact was James, Lynn, and Kyle who all works as associates. The state of the store during my visit was very calm, there were about 5 or 6 employees with about 35 people in the store.
The store exterior presents a simplistic white store front with a lot of product very close to the entrance, very different from the clothing stores that also occupy the store. I was greeted kindly by an employee at the entrance with a simple “Hello” and a smile that lifted the spirits of those entering the establishment. While looking for a couple pieces of clothes to help expand my wardrobe, there were a couple pieces that I requested in a different size and Lynn was the one to help me look in inventory for the appropriate size. Lynn came back at a reasonable time and out of consideration brought some other pieces that I would possibly consider.
After grabbing several other pieces of clothes I wanted, I wandered the store to browse for other possible clothes. While in the aisle for belts Lynn approaches me and asks, “Is there anything else that you are looking for or are you just taking your time to look around?”. I kindly just said I’m looking around and we separated shortly after.
After browsing for about another 5 minutes I head over to checkout where there was already a person behind the POS system waiting. The checkout was very streamlined, the associate named Kyle was very comfortable in their role. They started a conversation with me mid checkout to ask about my day, to which I responded with “It’s been going well so far, just buying some clothes to update my wardrobe. How about yourself?”. They responded “Day is going well, today has been slower than most Sundays but busy enough to forget about the time.”. Before finishing the transaction they offered their membership system to which I kindly refused. Upon leaving the store the same associate by the entrance who was now fixing piles of clothes by the front made sure to say “Enjoy the rest of your day.” as I was leaving.
Overall, the experience I had was very pleasant, with nothing standing out as a negative from my visit. Despite the number of people, most if not all the customers seemed to be able to find what products they were looking for, and if not readily available an associate was close by who could check the back inventory for anymore. There is a reason this store chain is so popular currently over their competitors in the mall such as JCPenny and Macy, and aside from their targeted selection of clothes, but their service is very streamlined and a pleasure to work with.

Stylish, high quality clothing at a reasonable price. Sizing can tend to run small, so may not work for larger/taller sizes. There is a wide selection of basic items that are always available along with a handful of rotating seasonal items. One of my favorite places for basics (t-shirts, leggings, etc.) . There is often a much wider selection online if you find something in store but they don't have a size or color you want.

Love this store and their collabs. Though always make sure to get a paper copy of your receipt! Even if you chose an email one, one time it didn't send the email and their policy is to only allow in store exchanges with no receipt. I appreciate the staff who worked through it with me 😭

Ok, let me start off that I do not normally review clothing stores but this ones an exception. Well because has variety of selection ranging down from warm weather type clothing to cold weather. Also the type of fabric they use is great but the biggest take away here is the alterations they can do for you if the individual item you purchase is more than $20. Example: you buy a pants that fits right but has too much length they will cut it for you on the size you like and it can be picked up the following day around late afternoon. Overall very happy of my purchases here and I will do purchase again in the future.

Not quite as expansive as Bellevue Square's, but it's still a Uniqlo. 5 stars easy.

They have beautiful fall-colored clothing right now! Of course the clothing is of great quality -and they have really good customer service.

Great selection of clothes. Breathable things for the summer and warm things for the winter. I live that they have long sleeved things made to wear in summer. And their heatech line of thermals in very nearly the only kind of thermals I can wear because they don't have wool in them, which I'm allergic to.

Uniqlo has great fitting and stylish clothes. We have fun going there And we feel like we always find good buys. Some of my office slacks were wearing out. My wife found a really great pair for me for 20 bucks, so we bought one pair in each color.
Uniqlo's prices are better than Abercrombie & Fitch better than the gap plus they do tayloring!
Returns are easy. There are discounts as usual if you download the app or take a survey. They also take donated clothing that you might want to get rid of.
My wife bought some cool tee shirts from the MoMa collection. We get clothes on sale -- I have a closet with 4 Uniqlo jackets. My coworker proudly showed me her gorgeous lavender cashmere sweater from Uniqlo. It's part of our lives.

Alex, Jordan and Ally gave me an amazing experience and helped me figure out the pants I’m trying to find. Unfortunately the new black EZ pants doesn’t have a nice tight fit as the old version did. Yes excellent the quality of clothes but expensive and there's a sale the cheapest cost it's $ 9:99 the T-shirts broken sizes that was there sales price 😢 😞

Simple, clean, and elegant. Japanese designed and styled but sized more to American bodies. All clothing made is Made in Japan and the quality is great.

Great clothing store for basics for the overall outfit. Loved the japanese brand before it came here, and was searching for one in the U.S. and found out about the when it opened and have been going here since then!

Super delicious but pricey place. 2 adults and one toddler $110 🤦‍♀🤷‍♀😁😁. But overall we all loved it. Looking forward to go back.
