I ordered special item online for store pickup. Ready when expected. Friendly staff easily found my prepaid order.

The staff at this location are always top notch. This time they helped me with a return and gave me the name and item number for a skirt and things I wanted that are only plus online. I did find a plus size corset/belt thing in store which I'm pretty happy about

Just like I remember in the late 90s and early 2000s, Hot Topic is a Mecca for those obsessed with music, manga, or the morose. The staff is welcoming and inclusive. This store feels like home.

Sarah was amazing! She was very friendly the whole staff was awesome! Will for sure come back. The store was well put together, love the music, and when we couldn't fine a size they offer to order it for us too which what we did. Its a great team at there thats for sure.

Used to be one of my favorite places to go shopping at pre-pandemic. Yes, the items in the store are expensive, but you really won’t find them anywhere else. I used to come specifically for their perfume collections and I still have them. They last a super long time and this particular store would always have new scents in. Great little store.

I went in looking for a particular Funko Pop but they didn't have it. However I was immediately welcomed by an employee who provided excellent customer service. She directed me to Amazon and a few other places to find it and commiserated with me over not being able to find it. Overall it was a good experience and I will return in the future to continue my hunt.

Came in to buy some jewelry and pay my guest list hot topic credit card bill. I was unable to provide my account number but Sarah the associate in the store was super helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me right away and put me on the line with the guest list cc company. I spoke to April on the phone and she was very kind and helpful as well. We got everything sorted out and I was able to get into my account, make my payment, and purchase my jewelry. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Hot Topic is one of my granddaughters favorite stores. They have an excellent selection of merchandise, a clean store and helpful clerks.

I loved hot topic then & I still love them now! Although their online sometimes messes up my shipping, I still visit the store!

They stopped carrying my favorite color of manic panic which was really saddening but the staff and selection are rad other than that. Hot topic has always been overpriced, i also love their music selection. "MEN AT WORK" HAAAH
