My husband was referred to All About Fitness several years ago to strengthen a shoulder issue. He had such good results that he encouraged me to go for general strength training. We are both so pleased with the results we have seen; it is at the top of our “have to items”. The trainers work with you to reach your best potential. The atmosphere is comfortable and personal.
I highly recommend AAF; we have referred other friends and family. Make it a priority to try it; It will be your best decision.

I have worked out at All bout Fitness for over a year! Even with a small group working out together each of us gets individual attention regarding our needs. The atmosphere is great...fun and hard working! Come for a visit you will not want to go anywhere else!
