We left our bags here on two different occasions during our trip, before and after a train ride. Both gentlemen that helped us were very polite and we felt safe leaving our things there. The price was very reasonable and booking process was easy.

Great idea. We have been to Seattle many times and being able to drop our bags either before we catch the ferry or after is awesome. The location is perfect for downtown visits, and being able to enjoy every last minute of a trip without having to cart around suitcases and bags is wonderful. We have used this service on 2 separate occasions and will probably use it again.

This is a smoke shop. Descend down from the sidewalk. Bring cash. The rate is reasonable and the gentleman who runs it is pleasant. Bags are simply stored behind the counter. It was very convenient to bridge the time gap between AirBNB checkout and an evening flight.

The store owner was very friendly and kind. It was so wonderful to be able to leave our bags while we spent the day exploring Pike Place Market. It was convenient and secure. This is a great service! Thank you.

This place was a lifesaver for us when we arrived from a cruise and found that the cruise port bag check service was closed. Didn't have a reservation - we were a walk in. Charged $7 per bag for the entire day. It's located in a small smoke shop.

Staff was helpful. If you need to store your bags for the day, this is the place. It is a bit hard to find but its there. They let you know when the store is closing so you have time to pick up your bags.

What a great location right next to the Pike place market. Owner very nice. The fee is reasonable. .

Convenient location near Pike's Market. However, our heavy suitcases had to be carried down a flight of stairs as the store was in the basement of the building. Would recommend on location alone. Only two blocks from the LINK which connects to SEATAC airport.

Very convenient to Pikes Farmer's Market. Only problem is that you have to carry luggage down and back up stairs.

Was mislead to think that our bags would be secured with some type of locker. Instead, it was just placed behind a counter of a smoke shop (NOT at Public Market), easily accessible with potential thieves. Also, warning that you have to carry your bags down a flight for stairs. We ended getting our bags back safely, but would hesitate on using the service again.

We love the idea of having a place to park luggage for a couple of hours or more while either waiting for a hotel check-in or a late flight. However, we selected the location while at the Cruise dock and were charged when I clicked on the accept button. The clock began immediately, not allowing time to hire an Uber and to get to the site. The app didn't allow more than one bag to be charged at a time, and I had to enter all information twice. If there wouldn't have been enough room at the location, I might have been routed to another location near that one and it would have been a mess.

In addition, there was no signage, so when Uber brought us to the address, we were unsure we had the correct location. Worse yet, we had to lug two large rolling bags, along with carry-on baggage into the basement storage location. Furthermore, our bags were stored right behind the sales counter because there was no dedicated secure place for the luggage. (We loved the fact it was very near Seattle's Pikes Market - but not the lack of security. The owner of the shop was on site and would be there all day, which convinced us to leave our luggage, but a more secure site would be more acceptable.)

Suggestions:
1. Allow the client to enter an appointment/start time to allow them time to get to the storage location.
2. Make vendors display a sign indicating a BagsAway location - similar to Uber drivers having decals in their windows.
3. Make it clear on the app/website that the location being selected is either a walk-in/roll-in, or stairs need to be negotiated.
4. Do a better job of screening your sub's locations for better security.

Fraud. Shady smoke shop stores bags and asks for more money.

Unfriendly especially to women. I should cancel my reservation and so on. Plus shorter opening hours than what I booked. And blaming me for that. Never again. Super unprofessional.
