Nice eat in or carry out on a budget while getting great food

Everyone was so nice and there was a nice boy at the counter, the food tasted very good we are very impressed with the fast time and the quality of the food.Also my real name is John Hudson Pak.I just named myself this to trick some hackers that were on me at 2009.

The food and service is fantastic here, don't let the interior fool you. Tables are limited to 4 large parties and could use a refresh. As for the food - AMAZING. The service was great and everyone was so pleasant. I absolutely love the Blackened Pepper Chicken (combo of course) and on occasion the Singapore Chow Mei Fun.

In previous years, we've been rather disappointed with the food here. Tonight I tried it again, after more than a year. I got Singapore Chow Mei Fun. It was great! Lots of meat! The egg roll was good too.

Spent a week in the Outer Banks with about 10 people and was getting tired of cooking burgers, hot dogs, steaks etc. Already stopped at a few restaurants, ordered pizza. Last night here, we wanted something quick and easy to clean up so that we could enjoy the day/night with family. Ordered a couple of chicken and steak combination dinners, pork fried rice, soups, boneless spare ribs and some other stuff. Put it all out buffet style and everything was excellent. Not one complaint from anyone and we were all stuffed at the end. Very happy to find this place.

Professional, respectful staff. I love when their kids are there, the boys are so kind and helpful. The food is always ready at the time provided and delicious. We are vegetarian and they are respectful of our dietary restrictions and even give us a heads up if we accidentally order something that had animal products in it.

I have been dining here with my family for 15+ years. It has, and always is, so delicious, so fresh, and affordable. The preparation is lightning fast, the service is fantastic, and it is always super convenient. The beautifully prepared selection of vegetables is a much healthier choice than fast food, which is important to me, and I love the staff who are doing an amazing job every time I have been there.

We stopped in for a quick lunch and the food was good, very fresh and crispy. Lunch specials are well priced and plenty of food. The atmosphere is strip mall Chinese but the food was very good.

This place is great. I’m local and have been ordering from here for years, the food is always good, the people are very nice and if you have any kind of issue just talk to them about it and they’ll help you. I crave their hot and sour soup all the time. In fact, going to go get some now :)

It's a great place with good food. We stop there every year when we rent a house in obx. They save me from cooking that first night and the food is fabulous

Great food. Very friendly staff. It is difficult to take the negative reviews about this place seriously. IMHO, They are cooking up the best Chinese cuisine on the beach. Hot pepper man says "Extra spicy is extra spicy". 👍Give them a try. You won't be disappointed

Being Jewish on Christmas, getting Chinese take-out is a tradition. We were not disappointed by Shun Xing. Delicious food and very impressed with the friendly service and adherence to covid related protocols. Sesame noodles were a tad too sweet in my opinion but overall very good.

Food is always fast, fresh and delicious! Prices are very reasonable! The owners are super nice! Hubby should move to China as much as he eats there!

Best Chinese take out restaurant. We got the general tso's chicken and honey chicken and both were amazing and came with a ton. we also got the dumplings and fried wontons which were so good we came back for more later that same week. Also, the cookies they have there are AMAZING!

Needed emotional support rice, chicken, and vegetables, after being on the road for 10 days. Shun Xing filled my soul and my belly and I would go back.

Service was super fast (about 15 minutes for 7 plates). Portions large! I ordered the chicken lo mein and was satisfied. Lunch specials not available on weekend.

I love this Chinese Food joint! I come here almost every time I'm down visiting family in Currituck, NC. Definitely one of my favorite all-time Chinese Food take-outs.
