On a recent online order for a prescription refill I inadvertently entered the incorrect pharmacy for delivery. A quick call to the Kitty Hawk pharmacist resulted in a swift spring into action to correct my error and fill my prescription. Thirty minutes after my call for help I received a text that my order was ready for pick up. All pharmacy personnel were polite, efficient and extremely customer oriented. Great Job

If you want your prescriptions in a timely manner and without a bunch of attitude, I'd suggest going somewhere else. I'm guessing the blonde haired lady that served me didn't have all the credentials boxes checked when she was hired due to her lack of knowledge with operating the computer. Took her two days to check her voice-mail and see that my doctor actually has been trying to get my prescriptions through. Overall terrible service and that's before you count the attitude.

They won't fill prescriptions if it interferes with their lunch break, even if you're there 10 minutes before!

Terrible terrible. How much money do you get for sending people with a cold to urgent care because your pharmacy lady with short hair looked at me and suddenly she is a doctor telling me i need anti biotics. I asked for nose decongestant. Not your opinion. Wont ever be back. Get your doctorate before you go self diagnosing people and wasting thier money.

ALWAYS a hassle at this location. Always some babble about new rules(not really rules at all) and always like it's pulling teeth to get help inside their pharmacy. THE STORE IS GREAT...THEY ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL..THE PHARMACY STAFF ARE ALWAYS NOT HELPFUL.
