Very nice folks at the dealership. They worked with me on financing and they went out of their way to make me feel like their only customer. Bobby is a seasoned salesman who knew how to make the process flow smoothly. This is my first Cadillac and, as a former owner of 2 Lexus' and an Audi A8, I can say confidently that the Caddy is king. EXTREMELY nice ride. I love it.

My salesman, David Eacho, made the purchase of my new truck a very pleasant experience. He contacted me quickly when I submitted a text chat on a Sunday (his day off) and we met the next day. Long story short, I bought the truck that day.
Very low pressure transaction and David took the time to go over all the features when I took delivery.

David and Jennifer both went way beyond my expectations. My 7 year old son Lucas and I traveled from Syracuse, New York (600 miles) to NC OBX to get a 2023 Cargo van. We use the van to pick up arcade games for our home arcade (we have 25 in the game room and a total of about 50). During the process of doing paper work ,which can be boring to a 7 year old , Jennifer took it upon herself to peel some apples and make a sandwich for my son Lucas. Then they watched a few videos on his phone and played with her dog Bean while I finished the paperwork. The interaction with Jennifer was definitely a highlight for Lucas during our road trip. This is the second time we have been to the OBX Chevy dealership and will highly recommend OBX to friends and family. Finally I just want to say thanks again to David, Jennifer, Ricardo and everyone at OBX Chevy it was a great experience!

Both guys in the collision crash office were polite, helpful, transparent, timely and thorough. They fought for our insurance company to take care of damage that needed tending to. They were clear and communicative about what was done and what needs to be done in the near future. They not only ensured all of the parts were accurate but ensured the installation was perfect. In addition, the exterior of our car was washed and the interior was vacuumed (which we didn’t ask for nor expected). We are behind satisfied and definitely plan to come back for all future work.

I made an appointment for an oil change online, but the service department was not notified. Despite that, they managed to change the oil, rotate the tires and check the car fluids thoroughly in just a few hours. Very polite and professional team!

David & Marc went above & beyond to get us into our new Blazer. Bobby was very helpful also. Thank you all, we are loving it!
