Estate planning office was extremely helpful and so kind when we had numerous questions!! Audrey was patient with us! We appreciated her so much.

Susan in Estate area of Clerk of Courts office was fantastic to work with. I felt she went out of her way to help me. She seemed very knowledgeable and wanted solve my problem.

Although frustrating at first, Susan put in a lot of time and effort to help me and I really appreciate it. It took a couple of hours of headache and unanswered called, but at the end of the day I am glad I was helped. I'd be remiss if I didn't remark once more how helpful and nice Susan L. was with helping me today. Give that woman a raise Henderson County!

The search to get to in this building is slightly invasive, and the register of deeds office (directly next door to chuck edwards office) absolutely stunk of cannabis. Other than that, all staff encountered was very friendly and helpful

Today visit Hendersonville town stop see 👀 there Henderson County Courthouse.

Took over a year for two issues of mine to come to a head in the year 2020-2021 but it is a clean and nice looking courthouse

I don't even know why we pay these people. You got to go online to have a citation closed, because if you give them the paperwork it just sits in a basket for a district attorney to just ignore it. As a taxpayer why am I paying these people? Pay me to go online and I would be much happier. I am doing their job because they are not busy enough! I asked the lady is they were too busy and she said "no".

Female civil clerks are extremely rude to everyone.. narcassistic and rude to everyone who comes in. At my visit, numerous others stated the same. You're a public servant. If you don't like your job then find another. If I could give negative Stars I would. Extremely poor attitudes on the civil side. The only personable person there was a young man that was actually helpful. I give him five stars. I believe he's the deputy clerk. Everyone else's extremely rude.

There is no need to call the clerk of courts if you have any issues about your case, and why you're not having the judges orders followed. They don't care. I have a case where the judge ordered that I receive half of my exes retirement and to this day I have received nothing. Almost 2 years later. It seems judges do not run the courts the lawyers do. they only got one star because I couldn't give them zero stars.
