Just closed on 6/15 And it was thanks to Mr Kenny Barnwell Very professional at the outset He was very knowledgeable about the area in both Henderson and Buncombe county
Previously from RDU so I'm not at all familiar with Western NC
He gave really great contact persons throughout the process (from folks to call concerning repairs, internet, etc)
Very thorough and patient in explaining what to expect throughout the process (last time I had to this was over 15 years ago and it was VERY different) Very responsive to calls or text (I was surprised from previous review of no response - he must be overseas at the time)
It could not have gone any better nor smoother Would certainly recommend this gentlemen for first time or repeat home buyers

Called agent 4 times in 2 weeks. Left number. No response. Worst agent ever delt with. Complete joke. Would never list any building I own with him. If I had him selling my building I would fire him immediately.
