Class Act Auto Shop. I brought my vehicle in for the 2nd year in a row for the NC State Inspection. Very affordable, friendly staff and in and out service. Always a pleasure coming into this shop.

I can’t say enough how professional, thorough, and honest these guys are. I came from out of town in a cross country trip. Every other mechanic I called or visited was booked out for at least a week. Precision had my truck on a lift within an hour of me bringing it in. Where others had try to sell me a whole new front end (bearings, bushings, sway bar, ect) they acted how you hope a mechanic will… honest and trustworthy. It turns out that it wasn’t in need of those components at all, but a simple tire swap from front to back fixed my death wobble. As someone who is not mechanically inclined, and traveling on a budget, I am breathing so much easier now. Thank goodness for these guys and their honest business practices. If I’m ever in town again, I won’t even consider going somewhere else.

Everytime I go to Precision Tune of Hendersonville we laugh together and they always take good care of my car's I've never had an issue with this group of guys the store manager is the best.

This place is great. Amiable service and I have had quality inspections, tire rotations, oil changes, and more done for years now. Plus, now a Dunkin Donuts is opening right next door, which can be a fun perk while waiting on service.

The folks at Precision Tune are extremely nice, and I like the vibe of fair-dealing that I get from them. They've never harassed me about getting unnecessary things done to my truck, and they treat their customers respectfully and with kindness.

Had my brakes done a few days ago. They were quick to get my truck finished. They pointed out a couple of other issues but were not pushy at all about addressing them. Nice guys

I've gone here for my car issues for years. They do a fine job. I don't feel taken advantage of because I'm a woman. They're always professional. I just had my car inspected and my oil changed. They took my car right away, performed the services I needed, I paid and left. No issues at all.

I had a really good experience here. My 2010 outback overheated and they fixed it thouroughly and promptly. I went to another shop a few days earlier and they didnt fix the problem at all and wasted my money. I will be going here whenever my car breaks and I reccomend that you do too

Visiting Asheville from way out of town and needed to head home but my brakes were making noise. The gentlemen diagnosed the problem quickly and got some parts the same morning so I could get on my way with my family for an honest price. Thank you for the excellent service!

Got a vehicle State inspection. Very quick. I was done in less than 30 minutes.

Great service and friendly people. Fit my daughter's car in for a difficult repair when she needed to leave for a trip on the next day. I had both of my cars inspected there this week and they took care of things promptly. I will continue to use them.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They get me in and out as quickly as possible and are professional. Ive used these guys for years and will continue to do so. If you want quality work at a fair price then come see these guys.

The management and the crew were professional, friendly, and clean. The work was done in a reasonable time. After using other automotive chains in Hendersonville and not being satisfied it was a relief to find one that I will return to because of the service. After reading some of the one star reviews on Google (which you will ALWAYS have) i found none of them to be accurate at all.
