We shopped around and really like the way we corresponded with Jen. Made an appointment, then finally went to go check our options. Josh helped us find an amazing rate, Jen helped us find a great car. We really appreciated their help. Friendly service, great people. I was very nervous, they answered every question.

I just purchased a car at Toyota of Seattle and could not be happier. Cory was wonderful to work with and helped me pick out a car I am extremely happy with. Financing was a breeze and they came to me with a loan that was exactly within my budget in terms of monthly payments and amount down. No hassling at all! In fact they did some maneuvering on their end to ensure I stayed within my budget.

I had a great buying experience at Toyota of Seattle. I live in Alaska and contacted several Toyota dealers in the Seattle area. After days of waiting nobody got back to me. I went directly to the Toyota website and clicked on Toyota of Seattle link and sent them a message explaining what I was looking for and that I live in Alaska. The following morning I received a call from Mohammad Kabir. We discussed my needs but unfortunately at that time (July) he wasn’t able to find what I was looking for. I contacted him again several months later and we were able to strike a deal on a new 2023 Tacoma! Kabir made everything so simple, he was in constant contact with me all throughout the process sent me the necessary documents to sign and send back in a timely manner. Even went out on the lot and sent a video of the truck to me! I decided to travel to Seattle to finalize the paperwork and take it for a test drive. The whole dealership is so professionally run, it’s not like any other I’d purchased from. After a spin around the block we signed off on the paperwork and that was that. Great price, no pressure finance department, even a tutorial of the features. But wait, there’s more. I wanted to get a tonneau cover installed so Kabir personally drove the truck to Tacoma, waited an hour for the install and brought it back to the dealership The next day he drove the truck to Alaska Marine Lines and shipped it to me in Alaska. we recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner and Robert Gutierrez was our sales rep. From the beginning we appreciated Roberts communication, prompt response time, engagement and professionalism. I recently purchased my very first car at this Toyota dealership, and I was extremely satisfied with their service. It was easy to schedule a test drive online, and someone reached out to me right away to confirm the appointment. Both Kel and Gabriel made the car buying process very easy, fast, and stress-free. Special thank you to Gabriel for helping me get my very first car insurance, and a big thank you to Kel for being transparent, answering my questions, and sending me requested documents afterwards. I was a little worried about buying an “As Is” car, but it’s driving great, and a mechanic didn’t find any major problems to fix in the upcoming months. Service Advisor Tim Tam was exceptional.

My car had been making an unnerving noise coming from the rear for two months after getting my brakes changed elsewhere. After bringing my car in for the initial inspection exam, Tim was very thorough while walking me through his Team's diagnosis and what needed to be done to address the issue. He was very patient & able to answer all of my questions which truly gave me piece of mind.

I got my car back today and it is no longer making any noises! The Service Team did a great job and it took less than a day.

10/10 experience -- I will definitely be a returning customer at this location.

I have had great experiences at Toyota of Seattle. I bought my 4Runner there, and it was a pleasant, pain free experience. I’ve had service (regular maintenance) done twice there. Both times the Service Manager, Mike, was pleasant and professional. While their location is not great, it is well worth the time to visit Toyota of Seattle. After many years of buying Toyotas in the Seattle area, this will always be my first stop. I wish I could find a Lexus dealer this good!

Salesperson Raja was helpful and efficient. We got the vehicle we wanted at a very competitive price, and we didn't have to spend hours going through paperwork and price negotiations as I've experienced at other dealerships in the past. I will definitely go back to this dealership for my next vehicle.
