Downtown Spirits

Great place. I haven’t been there, but I placed an order on line. I live across the country in Virginia, but wanted to send a gift to. My daughter in law in Seattle. She likes a particular grape variety (Arnies). I found one on their web site and ordered six bottles to be delivered. They emailed and told me their distributor was out of that particular wine, but would have the next vintage in stock in a few weeks (they had no way of knowing this was time sensitive). I replied and asked if they had another example of the same grape, they did. Ordered that, they took care of all the paperwork and delivered the wine at the time requested. I couldn’t ask for better service than that.

Got a couple bottles delivered. Fair price, the first delivery was free though it's not too expensive anyway ($5 flat fee or something), and fast. Less than 90 minutes between placing the order and arrival.

This new store is great, my membership saved me money on every item (as they promised)! The app is easy to use, and they have the best wine selection downtown.

Order kegs from here on the regular and can't say enough about their amazing customer service. Jordan has been immensely helpful time after time

I already had an account with Downtown Spirits previously, so all I needed to do was download the app and set up a membership (they offer a free 30 day trial, what could be better?).

There was a lot of variety in the store, and I liked that I could select some individual beer cans vs having to buy a 4 or 6 pack. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable and reflected the membership discount.

I find JWO tech really convenient and I'm happy to see a local liquor store taking advantage of it. I will definitely return!

Staying at the Westin and wanted a bottled shop within walking distance. Wow, just wow. I found it! I had an excellent Cashier-less experience. I knew as soon I walked in that this place was different and was helped to set my app. Took only a few minutes. Brian greeted me once I was scanned in and offered to help with any questions. Pretty sure I had Newbie written on my forehead. Anyway, he was beyond knowledgeable about the wines I was interested in and I walked out with two bottles, one recco and one random pick! Can’t wait til Phoenix has one of these Amazon Fresh style liquor stores. Thanks Downtown Spirits for the one of kind shopping experience!

Wonderful selection and staff. I have been a member since 2019 for the bourbon drawings, and this new cashier-less store was too easy! Was in and out, no line, I’ll definitely be back.

What an incredible store this is! The app is simple to download and use, just like shopping at Amazon Fresh. Great selection of wines, spirits, snacks and even Molly Moon ice cream! My go to store from now on!

Downtown Spirits provides A+ service. They transformed the old State Liquor Store into a customer-focused experience. When that location closed, they worked up a new concept that I understand walloped soon. In the meantime they provided responsive e-commerce retail experience, and of course, maintained their very competitive wholesale business (I used both). 5-Stars (I'd give them 6 if I could)

Great selection and the staff is very helpful. They do tasting on Fridays and have a growler fill up station. Love that have extensive local options. I feel like I can easily spend an hour looking around at everything.

One of the best pastrami sandwiches I've had, sooo good. And a really good turkey club and tortas too. And they also had some very cute cats, and very nice workers.

Yes, prices are a bit higher for home delivery, but oh my, how convenient to have home delivery options. There is no additional charge as with Drizzly. Also, there is a co-op option that includes free home delivery and a regular 5% discount, I’m strongly considering this. My order arrived about 45 minutes earlier than expected. Delivery driver was great. Will definitely order again.

Fantastic service. I ordered delivery and it was at my door in 15 minutes. I'll never buy alcohol products anywhere else!
