Such a cool experience. Brandon helped us set up and he was super nice. Amazing employee! Everything was super fun and a cool concept, can’t wait to see more around the US. Super clean, orgunized and the starbucks coffee is like half the price of regular! Love love love!

Really cool. Instructions were clear. Lots to choose from. Can't complain! Just as long as I can find the receipt to claim it back from work.

Smooth and quick store experience, lots of options in the store: prepared food, pastries, candy, chips, yogurt, coffee. No carry-out bags that I could find, even to pay for. Difficult to get a receipt afterwards via the regular amazon app. Fun but not life changing

A friendly still human shopping experience. A relatively safe place in Seattle to pick up your Amazon package's. After the lives Matter's movement and defunding the police and the Seattle city council stripping the police of their job duties and leaving the law abiding innocent citizens to fend for them selves. I'd say this Amazon self serve store/package retrieval station is an Oasis in a City on it's way to a slum or getto or a third world country witch cover's the entire United States. I may not be a media celebrity sensation I am however honest. Thank you Amazon for trying ☺👍

The staffs are always helpful. This particular staff who helped me was very attentive and kind. Helped me with an ice coffee and returning packages!

Smaller than the others BUT has a coffee machine. Go stores come in various sizes so check the website before going.
