Michael Allen my sales associate provided me with excellent customer service and was very detailed with all the information he provided me, by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. Monty went above and beyond to get me an out the door price price I was comfortable with. I had been car shopping for over 3 weeks and was in contact with over 8 dealerships and ultimately decided to work with Port orchard ford due to their excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for me. The Bruce Titus Port Orchard Ford team were pivotal in helping me navigate the new vehicle build process for my new 2024 Ford Ranger XLT. I initially had some reservations about the delivery timeframe, and the staff was able to alleviate my fears. Marshall Bevins walked me through all the new build features and options, ensuring that I would receive the exact vehicle I wanted. I was given an estimated delivery time between 3-4 months, and my vehicle arrived just short of 3 months, which was perfect. I appreciated the build update emails that I received from Ford, which were always followed up by the Port Orchard Ford team. Overall, communications about my new vehicle were excellent. Upon delivery, a comprehensive post-delivery inspection (PDI) was performed on my vehicle. My vehicle was washed, cleaned, and filled with gas. Mike Allen walked me through the various new features for the tech inside my vehicle, which was a blessing. I attribute my overall overwhelmingly positive satisfaction for this purchase to the professionalism and quality of the Ford build team and for the outstanding support and communication provided by Marshall and Mike from the Port Orchard Sales team. To say the least, I am extremely satisfied.

Fabulous place to buy a vehicle. Took a friend there 3 weeks ago and they were able to put her in a very nice car that fit her budget. We were so impressed with their entire staff that we ask Ty to look for a newer car for us. Ty said give me a week to locate the one you are looking for.
In less than a week he called and has 3 for us to look at. There was zero pressure from sales to finance. Very friendly, very helpful.

I came in looking at exactly what i wanted but of course I didn't tell anyone that. Vladimir, my car salesmen was quick to notice and had the keys at the ready. I was quick to take the vehicle for a test drive but the best part was getting to do the test drive with just my lady and I, and to top out of Vladimir knew I'd end up loving the car and had paperwork on standby in case i didn't for sure want the car. This dealership offered me nothing but honesty and transparency; conversations regarding prices went smoothly. I heard where the dealership was coming from as did they hear me helping us come to the most reasonable prices for myself. You won't know the answer to a question if you DO NOT ASK. You cannot expect a sales person to remember to tell you about every single detail for they are human as well; so it's better to have all questions and concerns at the ready.
