Tom Thumb Pharmacy

12/08 Jayden (hope I spelled it right bud) not only today, but always has been helpful, friendly despite being way too overworked, he always has a big smile and pretty much the only reason I stand the long wait times, being placed directly on hold without a word (NEVER BY HIM). The pharmacy definitively needs more help and if you are not careful, you will lose him to my company.

He is a rare gem in a world that still uses the Pandemic as a pathetic excuse for short-staffing by greedy companies.
Not only does he deserve a raise - he should be the Freaking (not the word I really want to use) - This guy needs not only a raise, but a promotion. He's an exceptional young man. He even said I don't look like I'm 59, which is crazy. If I were hiring, I would steal him away in a minute.

Jayden took care of me, even filled a prescription quickly while I waited! He was wonderful, took pride in his work, and knew exactly how to handle my particular situation (which is difficult for some pharmacies). To management: please give Jayden some massive props from the 6'7" girl in the blue polkadot dress (and honestly, probably some more money)!

for 21 years and before
this location she was my Pharmacist for another 10. years at a different location. Sheila is great too! . This is a great Pharmacy staff reliable and kind and efficient!

I have been going to this Tom Thumb Pharmacy for 15+ years and besides a wait time once in a while (which is expected when people go right after work about 5:30ish), I have never encountered a problem or had any staff here be rude to me. They're very nice, professional and courteous.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Based on my experience, I tend to prefer Tom Thumb pharmacies better than most others compared to pricing and service.

Clean store front with plenty of parking. Easy access.

Regular customer - always a pleasant experience. Yes, there's a wait sometimes - isn't everyone, even those ahead of us in line, entitled to their turn, and the time and attention they need? Some of the reviewers here are real whiners.

I have been coming here for 20 years. During that time I have had a few minor problems which are to be expected. Overall nothing but good service and pricing. Easy access seldom crowded

Easy location to shop at,lower prices than Kroger,customer service is pleasant,and the checkout lines are quick during the day.They seem to have few cashiers during the late night hours if you need to run there for a last minute item.

They are friendly and helpful. I would have given them 5 stars except they told me they were getting the approval for two meds then didn't.
