I really like this Walgreens. I've been coming to this pharmacy for 10 years and never had any problems. This walgreens also had a very flamboyant cashier. He passed away a year ago. He always brought sass and entertainment as I would enter the store.

The pharmacy at this location is SO great. The staff I've come in contact with are always so helpful and nice. It sucks having to wait most of the time for prescriptions, but that's expected due to the busy location. I've also had a great experience with the photo center. The ladies there were really funny and fast when I had to get a passport photo taken. Honestly, I've had great experiences with the cashiers as well. Anytime I've small talked with them during check out they've been really friendly. One girl even gave me a good suggestion on where to get my nails done. This is a great location with a great staff. I'd say the only downside is the pharmacy line and often it's hard to get out of the parking lot due to traffic, so give yourself some extra time and don't expect to rush in and rush out.

There was a sweet young lady by the name of Lupe that offers to check me out at photo center and was very polite and also help me with login in my Walgreens rewards. She needs to be recognized for her great service and fast paced help. Thanks Lupe I will be returning to this Walgreens soon. Keep up the good work.

I've been using this pharmacy for 3 months now, ever since I moved to the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful in getting my prescriptions transferred over here. I also spoke with someone on the phone to get a prescription refilled and she was very kind and professional, even when it turns out I don't have refills and needed them to contact my doctor. The only complaint I could have is that the drive-thru is a little slow but that's no big deal.

Basic Walgreens for getting basic need items. Cashiers are always nice and quick for ringing up customer merchandise. Store is aways clean anf merchandise always in place and organized!

Best customer service I've ever received from a pharmacy. The team is all about customer service, and does everything they can to create a positive customer experience. I've been going to pharmacies since I can remember, and the staff at Walgreens (Belt Line & Montfort) provides the best experience I've had thus far. Dealing with doctors and insurance companies can be a hassle, but this Walgreens' team helps in many ways to make things easier on me. I've had to deal with delays and "no responses" from many doctors and many insurance companies, but the team at Walgreen has always taken it upon themselves to reach out and make sure we get answers for delays. I prefer to only fill my prescriptions with this team, and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks everyone - keep up the good work!

The pharmacy staff helped me tremendously today. Long story short, my wife's doctor (former doctor) prescribed something yesterday. It was not called in yesterday or today after multiple calls to the doctor's office. The Walgreens staff contacted the doctor's office for me today and obtained the Rx information and filled it promptly. I'm very grateful!!!

I had to run into this store for a quick gift for a friend. My jaw dropped at how clean and organized this Walgreen's location was! I was asked if I needed help finding anything, and when I went to check out, the lady at the register was a joy. I'll definitely be going back to this Walgreen's location.

I thought it was important and meaningful enough to write a review today for Kevin, the pharmacist at Walgreens on the corner of Beltline and Montfort in North Dallas. Kevin truly went above and beyond his normal duties today and helped me “significantly” with a prescription issue. He’s obviously very busy, but he spoke to me without rushing, he was kind, professional, very respectful and completely understood the issue. Kevin absolutely went out of his way to help me with an issue that he knew was important to me, and I just wanted Walgreens to know how much I appreciate his assistance today. Thank you again Kevin!

Roxana in the beauty department is amazing!! As many times as I have visited other stores, there are either no consultants in that department or they don't speak to me; she asked me right away if there was something she could help me find. There was something specific I was after, and she was so sweet to help me find it, and even rang me out in that department so I had literally no wait. Thanks Roxana!! You made this visit a lot more personal, and not like running into any other store.

Pharmacy staff is always professional and helpful. They work diligently and detailed oriented even when the line of customers inside and at the drive-through is long.

Before coming here I went to a couple other printing places for a portrait of my dad. They told me it would be $60 and take to days. Walked in to Walgreens and them man there was really helpful. He even took his time to find me a discount. And it would be ready in 40 minutes.

The staff is always great at Walgreens.

Think it's a matter of when you get here on how bad the wait times are. I've been here early morning and late evening- the staff was always kind and did their work quick or in a timely manner depending on everything they were doing.

Drive thru pharmacy is so convenient and, although it is a busy location, the pharmacy staff is efficient. They are always pleasant and take time to answer questions-great experience!

This is my local Walgreens so I come here at least once a week. The staff is always kind and helpful. The store is clean and usually always has what I need in stock.

Every time I go to Walgreens, I'm always in and out so fast, and I never leave without at least 2 employees asking me if I need assistance. Now that's customer service!

Did a Covid test here in the drive-thru. Not a long wait. Easy process. Quick results. Loved it!
