CVS

This is a great CVS location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is neat and clean, and the shelves are well stocked and organized. I've been in some bad CVS's before and this isn't one of them. Easy access from either Belt Line or Preston with lots of parking, too

I am always very pleased with my shopping experiences at CVS. The prices are reasonable and when I use my CVS coupons extra care discounts along with the OTC rewards from my health plan, many times I do not have to spend any out of pocket funds for my purchases. And that is a huge help to my fixed income. CVS is the best!👍🏾😊

Scott and Priscilla were great and so helpful!! I had been getting the run around from my home CVS location and was sent to this pharmacy for a prescription that was actually filled at another location. Priscilla directed me straight to Scott instead of ignoring my complaint with being sent here for the medication. Scott then immediately found the problem and thankfully got my medication filled within 5 minutes, otherwise I would have not gotten my medication for another day. So helpful and great customer service! Thank you for helping!!

Excellent store led by Manager Ron, who is a rock star. My payments, my prescriptions, my cards, and my discounts all work perfectly through the applications and on my cellphone 📱.

Some of the staff who work there have issues with customer service. I have seen Non-Digital uses wait for a long time to get waited on but only by the staff. The Management of the Store, The Pharmasists, and any other managers all are super responsive to all customers.

Easy in and out. The pharmacy tends to get backed up. But I think that's probably normal for any pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy. I absolutely love it. They always have time to answer questions and the pharmacists are amazingly friend. The technicians are great. They are always patient when I have a million questions. One recommendation on the costs, I use the app to see what my cost will be before I go to pickup my prescription, because a lot of time the cost is driven by insurance too. If I feel the cost is high then I will look for coupon online (goodrx or manufactures coupon) and I will call the pharmacy before I head in to pick it up. They will do the adjustment with me on the phone. My blood pressure 90 day medication went from $400 to $35 with a manufacture's coupon. Yes, it took them extra time with me on the phone to enter the data, but it was so worth it and I really appreciate them.

Employees are always friendly, helpful, and personable. Lines at outdoor drive-thru lanes move along nicely (most of the time), unlike many other competitor's drive-thru lanes. Bathrooms are clean and accessible.
CVS has a nice selection of many products people often need around their house... cleaning products, office supplies, light bulbs, some electronic products, milk, softdrinks, beer, wine, ice cream and a few other frozen foods. There is also a nice "as seen on TV" isle, with many cool gadgets some of us cannot resist. They offer passport photos, and flu shots, too. I got mine there last flu season, and intend to get another before October.
I've never used their photo lab service, so I cannot comment on it's quality or value. For those who are picky about their photos, I suggest going to a shop that specializes in photographic reproductions. They will do a superior job to probably any pharmacy, Walmart, or similar general retail stores. (read that in Consumer Reports 😉)
This particular CVS is far superior to most competitors for speedy prescription filling, however. This store is well-managed and the employees seem happy to be there. Those attitudes show up well to CVS customers like me. I, for one, appreciate that very much.

This location has wonderful team members! Two amazing women helped me so much and went above and beyond with their customer service. Maya was the cashier, but I didn’t think to get the other woman’s name. They both are so sweet and helpful!

Super helpful, my pictures were done incorrectly online, but they helped me and took care of me while I was at the store. Made pleasant conversation while they fixed my pictures.

I don’t know what’s been up with CVS lately but every single one I’ve been to has gone above and beyond customer service. In 5 minutes I have gotten 5 hellos and 5 offers of help. Keep it up CVS

Got some vaccinations here and the pharmacists were nice and courteous. I'm nervous around needles but the lady who administered the shots was sweet and gentle.

The cvs pharmacy went above and beyond to help me find coupons for some very expensive prescriptions that my insurance didn't cover. Kudos to the employees there. You saved the day!

I love this drugstore. The pharmacy and store staff personnel are so nice and helpful. They always greet you when you come in the store. They store is always clean!

I've had absolutely no problems here. Staff's been polite and very helpful every time. It's a great location geographically, too; very convenient.
